Poland Work Visa information (Indian citizen). Can my spouse work in Poland?

Hello Dear All ,

I am an Indian citizen . supposed to reach Poland shortly . I will be comming on work and residance visa basis . I need to know if i can call my spouse to Poland and can she work in Poland or not ?

She can come to Poland if she gets a tourist visa. For work she can apply for a work visa when she gets here.

she will be eligible to work and after getting here she need to apply for the residence card as same for you. Card can be applied anytime after when u come here.

You need a residency permit. Oh, and you also need to check that your employer is being truthful: it is not possible for somebody who is not legally resident in Poland to have a work permit.

Definitely not. No one would ever hire you. You won't be considered a native speaker, and no one would go through the hassle of getting a work permit for you when there are more than plenty of teachers available who don't need one. It's even difficult for Americans to find teaching jobs in Poland. You have no chance.

Bringing spouse on Polish study visa?

I have an acceptance from a university in Poland. I would like to bring my wife once I reach the country. Once I successfully obtain my Residence Permit, can I invite my spouse to come to Poland right away or do I have to wait for 2 years?
