For 50k ill suggest to open a snow removal company in winter and landscaping in summer, for that money you can buy used snow ploughs and riding grass cutting machines.go around supermarkets complexes for seeking contracts and advertise on portals for business

Law / Poland's green card for American, and citizenship question [16]

You can open a llc company called spooka zoo here and conduct business here make sure u pay taxes and apply for temporary residence for 1 or 2 years and keep doing that for 5 years( I'm not sure if law changed to 3 yrs) and apply for permanent residence then citizenship.

Regarding marriage you will have to get a letter from states that u were never married before so better take girl to states on k1( fiancée visa) get married then come back will be swifter and done in 3 yrs if all is not a fake marriage

Life / What do you like about Poland? [100]

I like almost negligible property taxes and no need for insurances except on cars:)))

To close the shop the owner must be doing some serious crime as for overcharging and false advertising is punishable by fines esp if its first offense.Either the boarding up post is exaggerated or the owner is at serious fault.

Law / Consumer credit rating from US to PL/EU [12]

Credit history in Poland is becoming important. Also if one doesnt declare his/her tax returns Poles care less then.its always good to declare ones income in Poland as it sure does help obtaining credit. Now in Poland the banks do have credit history database, but mainly for people who have obtained credit that includes for personal loans and for appliances etc .
