Are you flying with LOT ? If so then ask them to book train tickets for you .If not , then just arrive at the train station and buy ticket on the spot 2hrs before the departure , they are never sold out ...they are expensive for average polish Joes and online booking is pointless for anyone, its just a money grab .I have traveled to PL many times ,used their PKP 90 percent of the time and never bought train ticket ahead of time , never been left on the Peron either :}

First of all you need to provide some more info about your divorce / separation or your current relationship to the "Mum".
I will try to give you some advice and from my personal experiences :
Do not go to court unless you have solid evidence that "Mum" is trying to obtain passport for your son , without your permission which you said "she needs " . Why does she need your permission ? Do you have legal separation agreement which says that without your consent she can not obtain passport for your son? If not then there is nothing stopping her from doing so , you on the other hand can go to passport issuing office and tell them that you do not agree with your son having a passport because ...........I am sure that they will put a stop on the process of issuing him a passport , until you agree to it , or she has some sort of legal document stating that your word in this matter means "nothing" ( unlikely scenario ) .

Have you considered asking her straight up if she is trying to obtain passport for your son?
Now , as I said earlier without knowing more about your relationship to "Mum" and legal agreements between you two regarding child custody its is impossible to give you solid advice . One more thing , no matter how badly you hate "Mum" and how badly you want to screw her life , keep your child matters as priority #1 please .

Is it worth seeing ? Well , to me once was enough , I went cheap on tickets ( not recommended ) and got what I paid for ... my seat was behind "the goal" , so everytime they would start new race fumes would blow in my direction , could not see how fast they were going ,would have much better view seating on the side , could not see graphics on their trucks only briefly when they were turning around . Overall I found the show a bit boring , during half time they had motocross stunt drivers doing all sorts of tricks , then they were throwing souvenirs to the crowd , show ended sort of "that's all folks , good night " .After the show there was autograph signing and chance to see monster trucks a bit closer , after 1hr waiting in line .

Turkey has been hot destination especially for Poles for very long time , I remember back in the 70'and 80' we were hooked on Turkish goods in particular clothing , which were smuggled to Poland and then sold at "bazar" or "butik" in every major city with huge price mark-up , but that never stopped us from buying those very trendy jean jackets which could also be turned into vests ,or those colorful wool like sweaters ? Most of the gyms I attended , had locker rooms ,saunas and shower facilities , they were always separate for men and women , now on mens side anyone going in the sauna would be naked with the towel to put it down before sitting or with towel wrapped around the waste . I am in Canada and if you are trying to tell me that in US people go to sauna in clothes then you are full of it . Do you shower in your workout clothes too ?

Remember , lawyers are very capable of twisting words , so be careful , just a scenario for you : "say you both live in your house as married couple , then kids come along , your family grows from 2 to 4 ...all of the sudden she wants to divorce you , she wins custody of both children and you have access to see them twice a week . Well ...hold on a second , why does single mother with 2 kids have to move out and live in "1bedroom condo" while you enjoy "300 square meter house" by yourself ? Is that fair? Her lawyer may ask .

What makes you think that you will be ordered to pay 200-500 euros per month for child support ? Did you go to court ?
Is your ex demanding certain amount from you ? If so ,what is it based on ? To me she is not interested in your child well being , as well as your child having both parents . She seems like very high conflict person with no regards for you as a father .

My advice to you is collect all the evidence that you might have ( emails , letters , txt messages ) from her demanding money in exchange for visitations with your daughter. When you have enough evidence find a lawyer , lay it all out and at the end of the day you may just have a case against her . I maybe wrong but ..don't you get free legal advice / lawyer from the EU since your income is so low ?

I also don't see him mentioning anything about him trying for custody . His wife is having custody right now and she is denying him the access , which is wrong ....the kid has two parents and should be able to spend time with both .

I agree 100% that he must support his child and find a way to generate more income , but from the law perspective ( I think ) she has no right to use a child as a tool to force him to pay . If he is deadbeat dad , then she should go after him through court system . I don't want to pass a judgment on neither one of them , but sure as hell their child is not the number 1 priority in this mess...
