khalil ,i'm syrian ,but i have a polish passport ,i suggest that you find a university ,and start e-mailing them ,unless you want to learn polish first ,I got the TOEFL and will be studying in poznan in english ,if you want to study in polish ,you must learn polish first (in poland ) ,if you want in english ,start looking for universities that teach in english ,and get an english certificate .

if you learn polish ,you can study for free ,if not ,you will probably have to pay money for the tuition fees ,i have no idea about Medical Specialization Costs ,i think in poland they don't pay doctors as good as other countries in europe (i don't know the amount ) ,but you can live a decent life in poland if you work as a doctor ,about the insurance ,you'll have to contact the embassy in beirut (by telephone if you want ) to ask about the visa conditions .

for your english ,although you might pass english tests (if available ) ,but some universities ask for TOEFL or IELTS .

anyway i'm gonna sum it for you azzam .
you can't try to convince her not to drink ,even when using the verses from bible ,in syria there are even syrian muslims how are worshipers but drink from time to time although it is stated clearly in the quran that it's not allowed .

by your description ,she's not an alcoholic ,i think you can ask her not to drink in front of your family ,and that's it . you can't ask her to stop drinking ,especially if you're invited to someone's place and drink is served or in a club or party .

well ,although WB seems to have found a way to use natural cures ,some people like to play it safe and listen to doctors and take the pills that will probably work .

don't know if some drugs are replaceable with natural remedies (such as antidepressants) ,but i think that using natural remedies is good when the illness isn't dangerous (like having a cold )

ok i'll try to put it in simple words :placebo is like morphine ,it makes the pain go away but doesn't heal anything
