Does anyone know if one exists?

If so can it be viewed at the library like in England?

Thanks

Work / Not so good schools (information for teachers in Poland) [4]

LANG LTC - from Warszaw, gain contracts all over Poland, beggars belief why companies would waste their cash! Stupidity I guess.

lang.com.pl

BEWARE - They will not pay you on time, and will use EVERY excuse not to pay you or delay your payment.
I still have an invoice outstanding, a whole months salary. This company is a joke, and don't let the PASE logo fool you into thinking it's quality education,

this is like a private club for schools to buy into, it stands for and means NOTHING!
Their methodologists were a joke, and I even threw one out of my lessons, for taking phone calls and acting like a dziwka!

At the moment I'm consulting with a debt collection company from Ukraine to recover the debt. (With interest of course!)

Life / Bilet, controler and the Poland Police. [78]

Why do Polish people always want to do things correctly? when society itself isn't correct?
My friend she put 5zl in a machine to get a ticket, no ticket, then she put 20zl in, still no ticket, then she has to go to work, gets on a bus,

and then meets a ticket twat, and SHE gets a ticket!

mpk blame the company whose machine it is, pigging thick isn't it?
So if the bus breaks down, mpk will not take responsibility, the prats will blame the makers of the bus, Volvo or Mercedes,
even though it was 20yrs ago when they were purchased!

A word of advice people if you cannot afford to buy a car, arm yourself with 3 things

* A bus ticket - laminated (I was carrying one of these for 2yrs before I got a car!)
* Pepper spray - to spray their stupid faces
* A camera - to take a picture of them

Simply pepper their face and tell them to "get a real job!" - be sure to take a picture so we can all see what they look like.

We need a website shaming these people!

Travel / Driving in Poland, are there any rules at all? [149]

Make sure you drive something with bull bars, like a Land Rover or something.
The fact is people just can't drive here.
Keep away from taxi drivers, they think they own the road! The robbing old t*ats!

AND sometimes the slow lane is the fast lane, as in the daytime lots of grannies go out driving in their VW Polo's or Nissan Micra's, taking up all the road and only driving in second gear!

You will be amazed at the amount of people who drive with a mobile phone tuck to their ear!
I've even wound my window down and shouted at a babcha mapcha (Dear old lady with her head stuck up her ass!)
For being on the phone whilst driving.

Take a camera with you, you never know, a lot of these middle aged women cause accidents and lie like mother f*ckers!

Love / Do Irish / British guys like Polish girls? [138]

youtube.com/watch?v=9aJ8hDiZ0bM

Here you go :) An education lesson for Polishmama.
It's even with Polish subtitles to educate the masses, I'm a University lecturer and educate students on 'Politics' and 'Religion' and sometimes include video's

like this in my lectures.

You don't get information by just asking people, you follow the truth, and there you have it.

Please keep to the topic of the thread

Work / Empik in Opole, stay away (teachers not treated well) [8]

Isn't that 95% of the so called English language schools in Poland?
It certainly is in Wroclaw. Trying to find a good school, a good quality school is trying to find some fresh, healthy and tasty bread in Chata Polska, not an easy task.

So in Wroclaw we can forget:
Empik
Lektor
Profi-Lingua
Moose (This is the actual name, I'm not making this up!)
Yes school (Krzyki) they like teachers to work for FREE, just google their name to check on their reputation, lol
BLC
Soho
Berlitz
Speak Up
City English

I could go on, but I just want to give a brief summary

Law / Registration of right hand drive cars in Poland - possible? [82]

so it's pretty obvious that they're not legal

why would anybody care what is legal or not?
If Polish government breaks the law everyday by not allowing nice people to register right hand cars here, why should nice (British) people abide by it?

I'm sure everyone here with a right hand drive car wants to do things legally, but if the Polish government acts like a t*t what else can people do.

Polish government only has itself to blame, imagine all the lost speeding tickets from speed cameras, and all the parking tickets.
Hmm, maybe the Polish government needs a business adviser, then it would stop shooting itself in the foot.

Law / Registration of right hand drive cars in Poland - possible? [82]

Thanks Dougpol1

I know it really is a crazy situation, as I don't feel safe buying a used Polish car (as most poles hammer their cars), and you can get an inspection certificate (MOT) for 100zl

and a stamped service record for 250zl, clocking a car is only 100zl too.

And what makes matter worse is you can't check a car like we can in the UK on sites like: freecarcheck.org

the fact that Poland doesn't instigate this scheme is just adding to the corruption. FFS!

Law / Registration of right hand drive cars in Poland - possible? [82]

hahaha, safety concerns. I guess a back seat driver will never see the day-to-day issues as I have.
I drive with cameras fitted as typically polish drivers can't be trusted.

The ONLY safety concerns I can see is poles cannot drive well, which is a shame as in Czech Rep they drive perfectly well.

and why not to buy a car in PL:

I guess 99% of poles blame the state of the roads, but I don't. Most ppl just need to wake the fck up!
