Work / How is the living standard in Poznan? Does 5200 PLN enough for a decent living? [32]
Hi all!
I just get a teaching job offer in Poznan, 5200 PLN gloss salary.
I am a super newbie in poland and is now super looking forward to start this job. (Literately: Cant wait to ship myself to Poznan right now!)
But after receiving advises from family and friends, plus some quick researches on this forum, seems 5200PLN(before tax) is not a fairly good amount for managing a decent living standard in poland, not to mention I still have to pay for student loan every month, around £200.
I am currently searching for a city centre room on websites like spareroom and gumtree, i noticed that rooms offered from english speaking landlord started from 1500PLN....up to sky high.
Kinda confusing now....I am asking myself 100 times "is it worth to take this offer?" "Can I manage a decent(not a luxury one) living with this salary?"
Little bit abt myself:
