UK, Ireland / Your opinion about cheap and easy Polish Girls in UK? [30]

You could make that arguement about every single culture & nationality.. I met sleazy cheap girls from lots of nationalities & the same applies to more conservative girls..

Slappers are everywhere. :)

I'm perfectly relaxed. I'm a Polish male myself & I'm quite gently as well :) It's just a fact that lots of people come here with these cliché questions "is true nationality X is this or that?" while so much of these questions just apply to PEOPLE in general.. & this is one of them..

cheers,

Mus

Love / Polish girls attitudes towards sex. [568]

Quoting: Goonie
all women cheat... it's a fact of life.

Were you just joking? I've never cheated on anyone before and I had many opportunities. Not all women cheat.

Maybe you erased all your memories about it? ;-D

Love / Fell in love with a Polish girl, but find it difficult to approach her [620]

The simplest things really work best. Don't think up an elaborate scheme, good for nothing. Just pop in, say hi, I'm <name> saw you workign here lately..so your from Poland right? Drop in a badly pronounced Polish sentence with a thick Irish accent, wait for a smile & you're off.

Even if you're shy remember you're not asking her to marry you.. you don't have to drop the ball on the first go, just follow the biggest cliché in the history of mankind & "be yourself" , try to find out what she likes doing outside of work, where she's from, if she misses home & her family etc

let it rest a day or 2, rinse, repeat until you get to know her a bit.. after that just slip in a casual "oh btw, doing anything during lunch break/after work?" & take her out with her friends or yours or work-people so it doesn't seem too "fishy" if you're really shy

Just keep your nerves cool & try not to stare at her breasts. That goes a long way. :)
Good luck & let us know how it went :)

Love / Fell in love with a Polish girl, but find it difficult to approach her [620]

Quoting: Ken Noddy
I have considered saying 'Jestes tak piekna' Is this a bit too much, too soon?

Get to know her first. It just doesn't sound believable since that's the first think you're gonna say to her. And that's a really obvious thing to say as well, come up with something more original if you want to impress or just use a few Polish bits to introduce yourself.

"Nazywam sie <your name>" stuff like that..

All in all talking Polish to her isn't the most important, just try to get to know her.
If you know her name, what kind of movies she like, what kinds of food & what she does in her free time then you know you're doing well :) Just don't make it sound like an S.A.T. for her !!! :-)

Love / Fell in love with a Polish girl, but find it difficult to approach her [620]

Polish girls let you tough them everywhere even on beach when they are topless they may let you tough them even if they meet you for first time..

You must be the emperor of generalisation. You're not describing Polish girls here, just slappers. This has nothing to do with nationality.

Thanks for being so honest.

You can be wary but it's a bit presumptuous to assume automatically they're after more. I've had friendships with girls just because I was interested in the same things they were or the other way around.

As far as girls having friendships with guys..

"A woman may very well form a friendship with a man, but for this to endure, it must be assisted by a little physical antipathy. "

its confidence that wins a woman over more so than looks. A man thet can make a woman laugh and keep a conversation interesting oozes charm which works wonders

A good looking man will make her laugh anyway because the girl will laugh & enjoy 'em whatever he say since she's got a "nice catch"

I am just guessing that there has to be a change made on the inside and you can put this advice together with discarded poetry books.

I actually listen what you said & your advice, no need to assume I don't appreciate it :)

I agree ,maybe if he started listening to women instead of judging them he might get somewhere:)

I can't listen to them if they won't talk ... And I don't judge them at all. I'd go out with absolutely anyone no matter what they look like.

Life / EXPATS in POLAND: 10 things you miss / don't miss about home . . . [138]

What I meant is that it's encrusted deeply into American life, we can't understand what it means to them. I'm not advocating it, I'm be pro-gun-control. But I'm not American so it doesn't matter. It's their problem.

And I really really miss Polish bread! It just isn't the same abroad....

Love / Why are Polish women so sexy ? [390]

I'm not suggesting anything, Lodzy suggest "Polish women are beautiful" because god blessed them. I wonder how that works. Is he up there checking up on who's pregnant in country X & going "There. Ugly. You. Pretty." ??

You can find gorgeous handsome people everywhere ...

That's actually what I miss about Poland lol, where I used to live/go in Poland there were corn cob vendors on the streets, I know for sure there are in Katowice

Or you can try the Taco Bell in Warsaw, they sell it as well, American style

Life / Are you too selfish to leave Poland? [22]

I think it's way too idealistic to expect young Poles to stay while they can have a much brighter future in another country be it career-wise or any other way. It's very easy to sit behind a PC & midly critise them for it. But in order to make them stay you have to improve the country first & not the other way around.

And I'm sure it will improve but that takes time. It's only been 17 years since the wall fell down.. that's nothing. In the '50s tons & tons of Italians, Portuguese, Greek & Spanish emigrated to France, Belgium, the UK, etc to work in coal mines, because there wasn't any work. After that those countries joined the EU & have become wealthy western states. All you can hope for is that the same happens in Poland.

Apart from all nationalistic feelings, what would you do? If I studied for 3-4 years & could only get a crappy paid job with no long-term opportunities or no job at all.. heck.. I'd get the **** out of there. I want to get the most out of it.

Language / Is it too late for me to learn Polish..? [65]

Depends how serious you are about it. You could try evening lessons or finding a private teacher, that should give you the fastest advenements in learning a language as you talk to others as well.

Of self-learning kits such as books or software.. but that's harder.. but less expensive.
