Life / What is going on in Polish Music [128]

is "ZChN sie zbliza" a beer hall song?

No. It's not about beer.
ZChN - it was a extreme right winged political party. They wanted to give more power to priests and clergy in poland in early '90. Some of the priests had a real power in that time, especially in a small towns and villages.

Song is about priest visit to someone's home. He's pissed as a bastard, eating whole night, drinking even more, taking money for "the holy church" and going home.

News / What is wrong with Poland that Poles emigrate? [167]

I am English & intrested to know as poland is such a loverly looking place, why do you all need to come here to england? I am not meaning anything nasty would just like to know from a polish point of view how it is for you?

Hiya!

As a response to your post:
I came to England almost 3 yrs ago because:
1. I was so fed up about unemployment situation in Poland
2. I was so sick of political crap said everyday by polish politicians
3. I always liked and i will english music that lots of brits ain't got a clue about
4. I love footbal, used to be a referee in Poland
5. I love english language. I never learnt it before and when i came to uk my english was basic, now is only a bit better but im still learning :)

..and now:
1. I found english people very friendly because in general their attitude is: "..no matter where you from, matter is who you are.."
2. after 2 yrs in a s.h.i.t.t.y factory i found a good job, and soon i'll have even better in London

3. I'm not interested to invest any english money in Poland. I'd like to live and invest my money in here.

End of story for me.

UK, Ireland / Time for the Poles from the UK to go home [437]

To winston:

Listen lad: You don't have to worry anymore. Just take a time. Soon load of poles will come back to our beautiful Motherland (just read the thread: https://polishforums.com/archives/2005-2009/uk-ireland/tide-turns-poles-end-great-migration-19612/

...and then you will start to feel sorry that you missed such a good workforce
...and then ppl like you and this whole bunch o wankers called BNP will deny their point of view about poles and start shitting on indians and pakis.

...and soon in UK will be more muslims than christians - so as i rekon it will make you happy.

But...i'm not going to come back and ppl like you will feel my breath on your shoulder long, long time. :):)

It is a Troll feeding time :):):)

UK, Ireland / Time for the Poles from the UK to go home [437]

..so because Tide is Turning soon there'll be less immigrants or as you wish not that many.
Your question wasn't offensive and i didn't take it that way. I totally understand your concerns and so called worries.
Positives are counted in bilions pounds brought to UK economy by immigrants. Maybe my point is wrong but thing is ..from the very begining it was about money.
