Work / Why Poland employers are afraid of hiring any foreign nationals? [171]
Hi m8s, well i think its not so easy, im sure about one think there is no way to take problems with job as a dicrimination or somethin like that, its all about polish ppl, still most of 30-40+ yr old poland ppl dont know eng well enough and this is major point, and in dif way poland ppl still belive its rly hard to find someone from other country who can speak polish very well or atleast good enough to take some job... I live in Poznan in Poland near medical academy dormitory, this is rly big , bad looking edifice :P anyway there is alot of foreigners specialy from asia... many of those ppl living here after finising they study trying to find job in poland and as far as i know many of them can make it easyily, true not everyone and not in public hospitals, but in private surgery... this is example if u have some kind of speciality. In other way if u trying to get avarange job and u know polish language there is no problem with that im sure, our currency market, organizational, labour markets are clearly point to young ppl, and poland young ppl have no problems with discrimination, most of us know eng so there is no problem to work together... anyway im just trying to find some case in point and i can just say i never saw any employers in poland have some rly big hassle with finding job here. Ofc there is dif problem with getting job even for poland ppl cus our labour market suck... :P
and sry for my bad eng, im still working on it :P
