as for the west I'm all for reclaiming Hamburg, Kiel, Lubeck, Magdeburg, Leipzig, not to mention Berlin, mind you not for Poland per say but to create a state for Sorbs, a rightful heirs of those lands

adult people make adult decisions. When your ancestors left Poland behind, it was for a reason, right? People who love Poland so much, stay in Poland or at least go back to Poland whenever they make enough money to live there.

Tommy doesn't realise that. He's too infatuated with Poland and everything Polish it's gone to his head. Anything he believes is even mildly critical of his new found country (?) he goes berserk and starts hating on his own country (?) and calling British people every name under the sun.

maybe he does it because he's not British?

I'm aware of my ancestry but I don't live in the past. If you feel so bad about this country, why don't go back to Poland, the door is open. No one is forced to be here.

The point is you have unlimited entry for anyone from the EU but Poles!

I wasn't talking about tourism, where people come for a visit and go back home within three months. .

I agree that we the U.S. should grant Poles the same access as any one else

There have never been more that 160,000 Poles come into America in a single year

so what? How many Poles (or anyone else for that matter) a year do you consider enough, Call1in? Nothing against Poles but why does anyone believe that there should be unlimited entry to this country for anyone, especially now, when we're hurting?

I believe that there was law from 1929 which limited number of Polish citizens allowed into the USA!

as far as I know, the number of eastern Europeans was limited, not just Poles.

The number ten millions of Pol-Am prove nothing one way or the other! What is you do not understand?

I'm afraid, you don't understand that if we hated Poles, there wouldn't be 10 millions of you here, simple as that. The law, Call1in is talking about, obviously wasn't strictly enforced, right?

Well didn't he quoted some document to prove his case?

why do you believe Call1in more than P3undone or me for that matter? We all provided numbers but our numbers prove that 10 millions of your countrymen made it here while what Call1in says, was obviously never enforced, as the number 10 million speaks for itself.

c'mon Ironside, you know that what Call1in is saying is a total nonsense. There's no such a thing as racism toward Poles here (a few jerks here and there who are talking crap about you, don't stand for the entire country) and the numbers are confirming it.
