You can make it with any meats. For mine I use Lamb, veal and chicken or pork. I also add Polish wild mushrooms(dried...soaked overnight or boil 40 min w/ cabbage.) I also lie to add a glass of red wine(merlot). So many different ways to make it..and soon you'll find your own.

He used to be hip hop, but has recently become a little more alternative. Not sure what you're into though. I also appreciate other PL hip hop..mostly Grammatik though.

Can it be kluski śląskie? These are made of mashed potatoes, an egg and potato flour, but I think with gravy. Tłuczone Ziemniaki maybe, but that can be just mashed potatoes

Carlsberg is just nasty beer. I like pL beer more than any other....and the higher % is definitely better. I do like 1 English beer- Boddingtons...tap only though :)

I always fly into Frankfurt. I also get the best deals using Lufthansa, but you have to book early and it's usually cheap off season. I'm flying there fir the new year and it's costing me $720

Probably depends on where you live in Canada. I think it's cold...but not as cold as in Krakow. I've only been to Ontario Canada during the winter though.

I've got one for you serbandpolish...but I don't know the name of it. It's rolled up beef, stuffed with mushrooms and some type of cheese on a toothpick with mushroom gravy.

The roads don't get plowed as well as in the US and if Poland gets hit by a snowstorm roads get really bad

Yeah... the ruts in the road get deep and icy. People still drive like idiots...so be careful

It may be a bit chili :) The tatry Mtns are awesome! You'll have a blast. I think people in PL are impressed that you attempt to communicate. They'll be pleased to see this. Not insulting at all.

Could be, but it's more of a concentrated juice so theres really not much added. She likes it strong anyway :) I don't care for it though. I'm not into sweet beer.
