Thank you for backing me up , you are right and I agree with your comments . Some people are pessimists , some are optimists I belong to the latter category . People who are not Polish will always be unfair in their opinions because they are accustomed to such a behaviour as they are fed by their domestic media which are far from being favourite for Poland . I don`t even want to dwell longer on that subject . As an example I can just cite a part of an yesterdays article from der spiegel about Poland`s elections . It was said ( well known daily )that probably not all stadiums would not be built by Euro 2012 . I have checked the progress of construction of those stadiums and I have found out that : all stadiums are opened for operation except national stadium in Warsaw which will be opened on 30 of November this year . The 2012 Euro games start in 8 months .

Poland would be a good choice to move in , because it is far cheaper to establish a business here and the living conditions are great . You will need far less capital to establish yourself here than in western Europe . Poland is on its way of constant and steady progress, roads and railways are under major construction , housing market is fairly affordable and economical stability is our trade mark . Fiscal system is strict so it is highly unprobable that you can meet here similar conditions like many european countries have faced recently .

Poles voted in favor of the governing parties giving a proof of their political wisdom. The majority of Poles voted this way, because they want stability and PO and PSL joint government guarantees that . If I'm not mistaken it happened only in Poland that European voters , during the time of recession ,voted for the same party for the second time in a row , giving the ruling party the possibility to govern for the next 4 year term . This choice gives the possibility to carry out many reforms so much needed in our country . PIS is unable to do that since it is the party of right-wing radicals, who instead of making reforms would rather combat their political opponents and would not be able to keep Poland in a phase of solid economic development.

My cousin was on a student`s trip in Normandy few years ago - it was some famous place where allied troops landed in 1944. She told me that there was an English group of turists at that place too , when the English heard Polish language , they started approaching young students saying that they were very sorry for what Great Britain did to Poland during the war . So this is a proof that English older generation realise all wrongdoings done to our country .

Other , older member EU states contributed in getting EU funds earlier , now it is time for Poland to become beneficiary , but it doesn`t mean that UK , Italy , France , Netherlands or Germany didn`t build their infrastructure for EU funds . Here is some facts about that aircraft .
Work on the design and manufacture of the aircraft proceeded at lightning speed. It started in 1934, and has already flown a prototype in 1936. When the summer of 1939 the Germans marched into Polish, just 124 bomber aircraft PZL 37 elk were produced .

£oś was the miracle of technology at those times in the world .

The "Moose" - an english name was a twin-engine medium bomber with a maximum speed of 412 km / h lifting capacity to 2000 kg bombs. These machines were distinguished themselves in attacking German armored columns on the 16th Body of Radom. At the outbreak of war on the line there were only 36 PZL 37 "Moose".

Since the beginning an interest of the "Moose" was very great. After the presentation of the aircraft at the Paris Air Show "Elk" plant in Mielec and Okęcie received plenty of offers for the purchase and licensing of these aircraft. "Moose" was the hope of the Polish Air Force and was a design far exceeding German aircrafts , better even than the Dutch Fokker FVII.

But it turned out that both the "Moose " and other Polish military structures has been put into service too late. It was not enough time for testing newly constructed machines under the conditions of exercises in real battles . During the operations in the September Campaign "Mooses " did not fulfill its task. They were too poorly armed and actually flew without fighter cover. The plane was not sufficiently armored and had no self-sealing fuel tanks. Not all manufactured by the year 1939 "Mooses " were complete with on-board equipment. The shortcomings were mainly radio and communications systems .
