Depends how one defines "ranting". Is providing scientifc evidence a "rant"? So let's just stick to a neutral term like "statement". Whenever a statement refers to gay as normal, that invites counteraction by those not interested in normativising it.

I think very highly of women in fact. It is blokes that all too often have their brains between theri legs, far more often than females. SHe cannot publish an illegal decision. That is the whole point of contention in terms of legal technicalities. The TK operates on the basis of law and within the limits of the law, the currently bindign law, not some antiquated or oudated law that has since been amended. We've been over this time and again. If the TK had 13 judges as required by law, then they could have legally ruled the December amendment to be unconstitutional. The best solution would be for Rzepliński to be a man of honour and voluntarily resign, thereby paving the way to a compromise.
