BB,is Germany so stupid to let Turkey in EU?

Never...

And Germany can't let Turkey in alone because of her decision, the decision has to be made unanimously by ALL members...and if that question should really arrive one day then there will be a plebiscite about that in more than one member country...can't see that happen.

Well...our Turks are often still quite religious and won't allow a marriage to a non-muslim and demand from the german girl conversion, that is quite common.

There is a reason for the 9% only after so many decades of living together...Islam has a bad image with the Germans!

Yeah...it's more like:

Turk papa: WHAT??? You have a Kartoffel boyfriend? You want to marry him? No way can you marry a non-muslim...and you can't marry without your family's nod....or You are no longer my daughter!

German papa: WHAT??? You want to marry this islamist terrorist who can't even speak german??? He will abuse and mistreat you and when you don't obey his family will kill you! You have to become a muslim! DON'T!!! Pleaaaaaaase...

Our two peoples have not really that much chemistry between us...

If they're so numerous and have been there since the 50s shouldn't they be in general successful?

So it should be, but no they aren't! (It's all the Germans fault of course).

But what do they have beyond kebab shops? In what way will Poles have to compete?

Integration...the jobs...kids in school...the whole bruhaha, but especially the jobs (and I don't mean greengrocery or Dönershops).

It's not about head of divisions or "Oberführers" but about that a german soldier had to obey his dutch superior in example...nationality didn't matter...one big happy family...

The SS was a real "equality"-thingy...flemish or scandinavian or dutch officers had the exactly same rights and duties as their german counterparts. So these divisions had their own NCO's and officers to lead their men...and Germans.

I have no idea what language they used but it hadn't been needed to be German. Neither in the scandinavian Wiking or french Charlemagne division...;)

So why to learn German/Russian?

Well....if you fight for good contacts you will for sure score points with showing knowledge about the language/customs of your wanted contact...it's not necessary but could be the tiny bit of extra which get's YOU the contract and not your english-only rival if everything else is equal, it's that easy. ;)

No matter how much time you devotes for that.

Nobody demands that...especially with complicated languages the trying counts double!

When in Berlin tourists try to get around with broken german they are treated much better than anybody else...even if they might get answered in english as one wants for them to reach their goals. ;)

Just stating some pragmatic facts to counter that hyperbole as in "Israel is as bad as Nazi-Germany".

As they don't behave like Germans in Poland or in Russia even as they are confronted daily with a people wishing to annihilate them for decades now should mean something to you..but your hate is obviously bigger than the reality.

Well, the arab population grows and grows....if Germans would treat them like they did with Jews they wouldn't.

Just recently as a gazan missile killed that 16 year old in the israeli school bus the Jews didn't march into the next arab village and killed all the inhabitants.

Maybe they should..and your bleeding hearts had a real reason to complain.

By the time NATO would call a meeting I would have operation "Polish freedom" long finished and would play stupid.

Who says we would rely on NATO in this special case??? ;)

Poland would be needed to be freed from the terrorist group around leader Grubas...NATO etc. will be glad to leave it to the Germans! It's their sphere of influence after all... :)

You can always make a deal with Russians, you know, like in the past. :):):):):) They will swallow up what you can`t.

Do that Grubas...then Germany will invade from the left to help the attacked Ukrainians and as you are now international isolated (and Germany of course has the NATO, UN, EU and what not) behind it we will have to bring lot's of military to Silesia and East Prussia...

After it's over we think it would be better to establish a "green zone" (or something like that) in the old german territories under german occupation....for peace sake...and the international community will have to agree undoubtely since those agressive tendencies of Poland need to be checked...

*can't wait* :)

PS: We won't have enough people for a re-settling though...
