tictactoe no you are wrong, Boris is English with just a little Jewish and Turkish thrown in.
He makes an ideal Mayor of London as he is just another mixed up Londoner

Life / Polish post, are they still stealing stuff? [20]

yes that is true, in the UK it is post that goes through the Gatwick sorting office that is most likely to go missing.
Has done for years now.

Life / Polish post, are they still stealing stuff? [20]

well really what did you expect?
my dad is 78 and if he wants to send me money he uses paypal or bank transfer, it is quite simple for him.
whining about the bloody obvious will never get a good reaction

Travel / Where to buy marihuana in Warsaw? [38]

yes order some seeds online and grow your own - that way you won't have to go to the bother of finding people and being ripped off etc

UK, Ireland / Modern day slavery in the UK [36]

My son went there and asked for a job and he said that all the Poles had gone - there was just one guy from Turkey and one from Ghana - and they were talking about moving to jobs elsewhere.... so.

Son left all keen for work car washing but there was no job when he got there. ...

Law / how to get marriage with polish girl with non-EU [28]

There is this type of men in every nation, it seems, who think their women are the worst in the world :)

so true P, I have heard it so many times about us English women, that we are fat, unfeminine whatever, yet when I went to Poland the kind of guys that were there slavering over the poor Polish women were hardly prime bf material. Mostly kind of skinny and inadequate as I recall..:)

Love / What do Polish guys think of Asian girls? [50]

I'm just saying that with indigenous Brits you get variation in hair/eye colour and other features, but with specifically Chinese and Japanese people they largely look the same. Sorry if my observation offends.

well so u do with Chinese and 'Japs' fyi. They do not look 'largely the same' at all if you just looked. But I only know that from teaching English to many different Asians. I suppose if your idea of Chinese is the two women in your local takeaway , you might think that.

Life / What are your experiences of care for your loved ones in hospitals here? [75]

. I went to a private doctor and I met him at the public hospital where he used the hospital equipment. Crooks

you think that doesnt happen in the UK? How naive.
My son was rushed to hospital in Poland and I had no complaints, it was better than him dying.

UK, Ireland / Uni in the UK - my experiences with British universities [6]

I think you could say what you study goofzz, nobody will use it to identify you.
or how can you have a conversation about uni in the UK?
You could also say which uni surely? unless it is the University of Luton or something in which case I would understand your wishing to keep it anonymous

History / Why HMG (Her Majesty's Government) abandoned Poland to the Soviets [30]

Us British are getting a bit tired of some Polish ingratitude.

nobody in Poland has anything to be 'grateful' to you for have they? if you are going to discuss history you have to detach yourself a bit and leave that 'them and us' mentality behind.

Get over it! Grow a pair of balls and try and become a great nation for once.

you do know the basic geography of europe dont you? see where Poland is? Now look at that small strip of water between France and UK? that is what saved B ritish asses, along with American intervention.

Law / Asbestos Roofing laws in Poland - tell me! [18]

haha I'm familiar with asbestos removal dangers ;) I prefer to hire a couple grunts to do it for 7zl an hour than breathe the dust myself

how vile - you mean it would be OK for people to be endangered if they are only 'grunts'.?

Life / I'm English, but I really like some Polish names. Can I use them for my baby girl? [25]

to be honest it depends where you intend to live with your child.

If you will be in London then go for it.

On the other hand if you are in the provinces I wouldnt do it, it will just be a pain.

My two sisters have traditional Irish names which was no problem in London but really annoying when they moved to the country.

Mind you even if your name is Jane Smith you would have to spell it out for the majority of people.

I really liked Zosia too and called my daughter Sophie. These days she would like to change it to Zosia but that is up to her.

I don't believe the British had much say when Yalta arrangements were made

I think you are probably correct. From that time the British govt has more or less been told how things will be by the US.

Sadly a chippy Aussie is never going to admit that, it doesnt suit his weltanschauung.

UK, Ireland / Modern day slavery in the UK [36]

The further one strays into the English countryside the more and more obvious the extent of modern slavery becomes apparent,

yeh it does happen in Wales and Scotland as well EG...:(

UK, Ireland / Living in England - the reality. I am now returning to Poland. [30]

sounds like life in modern europe to me, love,

Plenty of people do make a go of it here, you know so perhaps it is just you?

as you say yourself
" Unfortunately it is not only English to be wary of here. In my attempt to move back to Poland I paid Polish who have set up here as a Ltd company Sokol4trans to take my house contents to Poland. They destroyed items and stole from me"

well just carry on crying about 'England' then.

did you seriously go to the police because you had been sacked? LOL
