Anyhow I recently read a blog that said people in Poland stare like no other, that it is not considered rude

the blog writer was probably black that's why he got stared a lot, people in Poland often don't care if the foreigner likes being stared at or not but it is rude to stare in Poland in general.

I have seen many women in the streets of major Polish cities that look more attractive than Kate Beckinsdale. I think you have been tricked by the excellent make up artists and retouchers they employ in the movies

before you get further with the conversation with mcdouche about women you should know that he is bisexual... unfortunately not verry succesful in Poland so he likes to spread the hate about Polish men :-)

I don't think they would care considering Polish men are some of the least physically attractive men on the planet. The few that aren't most likely have heavy Germanic/Celtic admixture.
