USA, Canada / Moved back from Canada to Poland:). Here are the reasons why. [868]

To be honest those in power in Poland or across Eastern Europe for that matter have never been Communist or even Socialist.
Whats true is that they were the ones who had the cash, the insider knowledge of profitable companies and quickly took them over after the curtain came down across Eastern Europe.

Food / Best Restaurant in Warsaw [23]

I had to arrange quite a few meetings in Poland and from my experience all of them preferred a good Karczma to some fancy restaurant, they can have better in their home country and are tired off. Little pampering, like an opulent diverse selection and excellent wine did help though.

I believe that at least half of the complaints against the aforementioned institutions are either based on manipulated facts where one parent "forgets" to mention certain negative details, or they are simply blown out of proportion to serve someone's agenda.

Exactly, additionally in most of these cases the child has to suffer even more, while the parents go at each other.

So, your wife doesn't care that you're broke, unemployed, and in debt, just as long you're not as bad off as the Smiths next door. She even says you're doing great. lol

Judging others by your standards again i see.

Hate to tell you, but 1.4% growth and on the verge of recession is not considered a boom, in economic terms.

1.4%? Care to back that up?

1.4%? Care to back that up?

Never mind, i already seen it decreased significantly:

News / Poland Secession [5]

Both are true, the right wing wants nothing to do with Europe or the world for that matter.
But i guess he meant RAS=Ruch Autonomii Slaska=Silesian Autonomy Movement.
They are seeking autonomy for (Upper)Silesia from Poland.

Here is how you drag discussions along to cover your mistakes:

You mean their minority status was limited to certain territories? Would you care to provide sources to back up your claim?

A few posts later:

However, the Polish minority was only legally recognised as such in Upper Silesia, where they possessed international status due to Treaty of Versailles. In other areas Poles had no special minority rights.

Thats just one of your childish tactics.
There is simply no fruitful talk possible with you and so i will stop.

If not I can call your statements baseless with impunity.

You can do whatever you like, i am too tired to discus your obvious mistakes with you over and over.

Upper Silesia, East Brandenburg, Pomerania, Warmia

You are aware that those are Polish nowadays?

However, the Polish minority was only legally recognised as such in Upper Silesia, where they possessed international status due to Treaty of Versailles. In other areas Poles had no special minority rights.

I have no idea what pre war demograpics and treaties have to do with the topic and what you asked me:

You mean their minority status was limited to certain territories? Would you care to provide sources to back up your claim?

However according to the EU law such rights can be granted to ethnicities living more than 100 years(not sure about number could be more)in said EU country!

Link me to that significant number of ethnic Poles in Germany.

News / PiS wants symmetry for minorites living in Poland [71]

Despite the war ended in 1945, the German government never cancelled the Nazi regulations outlawing the union and denying Poles living in Germany their minority rights, and despite being now a signatory to the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, continues to deny them.

Because there is no significant number of ethnic Polish minorities left.
Slask most notably and other parts of Germany are Polish now.

I am sure you would like to give minority rights to immigrants in Poland, too. ;)

Not all factories were like that, not even majority and given proper care and time to readjust would be able to compete on the world market no bro!

LOL Sice you luv links so much:
"In a system which until now never has used profit and losses, economists say that creating a free market would mean closing half of Poland's inefficient factories. Few governments would be willing to go so far, and certainly not a communist one lacking legitimacy."

csmonitor.com/1989/0719/opole.html
And the source in Christian Science Monitor. :D

"During Weimar Republic, Poles had the judicial status as a national minority in Upper Silesia under the auspices of the League of Nations (likewise the German minority in the Polish Silesian Voivodeship)."

There are many more "creditable" sources.

You said it was one incident and you have been proven wrong!

How was i proven wrong?
Where are all those children?
I seen one article about one Schwab chick.

Maybe as a really proud Pole you find discrimination committed against your countrymen laughable but it doesn't change the fact that German institution is lacking and treating foreigners in discriminatory manner!

It just isnt happening, at least not on the scale as in Poland.
See Germany has a much longer history of multiculturalism and has learned to deal with it.

you disagree with me and you can tell me why!

I dont have to, its been established in this thread.
Your "true", "more true", "most true" doesnt make it true.

How come?

Just read the posts above yours.

I don't think that the International Society Against Children Discrimination in Germany as well as Polish Parents Society have been created because of one incident!

It was for sure not founded because Poles are forbidden to speak Polish with their children.
That was laughable, even you should have picked up on that.

This is a single case, while polonius makes it sound like common day practice and we should fear the evil German oppressors.
Which of course plays right into his twisted weelhouse.
