We have the same problem in Chicago, but its not as abundant. The owner of the dog could be charged with a felony if it gets loose and bites someone. Theres a big anti-Pit Bull thing going on here and Cops will shoot an aggressive dog. I blame to owner, it's their fault and if you happen to notice any animal cruelty/abuse you can call to report this and they will investigate.

I used to work with this guy that used to drink in the morning, if he didn't his hands would start trembling. He was pretty bad and used to go to AA and tell me stories about all the screwed up people that attended. He said they wanted him to believe in a high power and pushed religion on him, but this guy was really messed up. I seen empty beer bottles in his shower! He starts drinking at 4;00 am every day. yikes!

AA is a total joke. Ive seen too many guys go trough that 12 step program and wind up drinking with the other AA members. Ive told them dont start calling me when you get to that step where you have to reach out and apologize to everyone for all the stupid things you did while you were drunk.

Ive talked to these Germans tourists as well. They are explained on the flight that tipping is customary in the USA, but somehow they get amnesia once they leave the airport.

My first one was at the Grota by Belmont/Central every table had a bottle of Vodka and when we emptied them, refilled instantly. I think we went through 8 bottles just at our table and they wouldn't give me any beer. I remember waking up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and I walked right into a wall, Bam! I had a big bump on my head along with a huge hangover! lol

I lived on the 3rdFL in River Grove at the time and in morning my landlord from Warsaw asked me. *&^% was all that noise last night!!!!

Im more prone to believe the larger cash gifts are in the USA rather than Poland, with their low paying salaries and high cost of living. Post #3 is a perfect example of this.
