Tczew is not the only city in this range in Pomerania, don't pretend to be an expert that you are not.

It's hard to believe that you run even one business having such small understanding of what is going on, unelss you call walking labrador in Gdynia's forest a business. It's Komorowski and his PO good at ruining businesses by not changing complicated tax system, bureaucracy (registring a car for your company takes 3 days which is a joke) corruption of the tax office and many many more that makes young ambitious Polish people to start their businesses abroad instead of Poland.

All who aren't a. kids who grew up post-PRL and b. who paid attention at school understand at least some.

Yep, the older generation had it compulsory in schools, at the moment it would be people older than 35 yo, I'm lucky to be young enough and I didn't have it.
