I met him few times when doing shopping at tesco in Sutton Coldfield, he's a nice guy, he invited me to the gym he's running in the city centre called Temple gym, maybe one day I'll pop over. His look quite changed now obviously, his massive shoulders got my attention, the back is nowhere as big as it used to be, when I noticed the Union jack tattu on his forearm I knew it was him.

The usual stuff mate, I'm not eating whole grain wheat or brown pasta because i don't like it much. Besides its only for carbs.

There are many types of carbs and you need to choose the best, long lasting ones. If you eat pasta, buy one from the durum wheat.

Yes, I'm having quite a laugh at how terrible you are at your hobby, you don't have to be professional to do something right you see, you waste your time on trying to look good in your spare time. Why don't you just take a time off from sweating your ass off at the gym and educate yourself instead on that matter, these days with the access to fast internet with so many sources it's super easy. Now all you do is showing what a clown you are hoping that every single person on this forum has no clue about bodybuilding. Well, you was wrong.

More a Polish than a British thing.

I told you twice, the statistics don't back it up.

Polish women have to put up with a lot. Dead-loss men meaning they have to do all the cooking and cleaning as well as work. The so-called family values makes it even harder for them. No wonder that so many are so quick to choose foreign husbands.

Likewise with the English women, they are fed up putting up with dead-loss English men and go for foreigners like in my case for Polish.

Perhaps instead of hiring professional PIS-bashers, PO should take out advertising space in which to reproduce the comments of typical PIS voters.

what sort of online activism the PiSuarz opposition are trying. Only one thing is a given: that they are doing it already.

When is it going through you that those are genuine people who write hate comments about PO on the internet? If you could write in Polish you could write hate comments on PiS too, it wouldn't make any difference because you'd get close to 100% thumbs down by genuine PO haters and those that Kopacz will hire (from your tax not mine, I don't pay tax in Poland) they'll get crashed too.

I see a lot English women here in England suffering with English men like that in the chav areas but now they have a lot of more choice to go for other men like Asian or Black and some like in my case for Polish.

Polish women are hard to make happy because they are usually emotionally not stable so no matter what you do if she is in a bad mood you are helpless no matter what you do.
