After a football match, hundreds of fans were peacefully going back home and a group of 12 people decided to cross the street on red light.

This was noticed by nearby policemen in a patrol vehicle, Dariusz Woźniak.
Woźniak caught up to a member of the group, the 13-year-old Przemysław Czaja and repeatedly hit his head and neck using his baton.

This fact was witnessed by tens of people.
Despite pleas, the policemen did not call an ambulance for the unconscious Czaja.
Later, the boy died from his injuries.

Also a lot of them go thru paramedic training.
All police officers are required to have at least a two year associates degree in law enforcement or two years MP experience in the military.

Can you say that for the Polish police departments in Poland ?
Also they are equipped with video cams on their shirts to show that procedure was followed during an arrest.
Some have had extensive training in detecting if an individual is high on marijuana and or other drugs.
If you are driving a motor vehicle of ANY KIND they have the authority to demand you take a blood test for detecting drugs or alcohol if they believe you are under the influence.

Baked beans recipe from my Polish Grandmama.

10 cups of water
2 cups of dry navy beans
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of molasses
1 teaspoon of salt
6 slices of bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled
1 medium onion, chopped (about a 1/2 cup)
3 more cups of water

Heat oven to 350*.
Put the first 10 cups of water in a dutch oven with the beans and boil
Boil uncovered for two minutes
Mix in the rest except the last 3 cups of water
Cover and bake 4 hours stirring occasionally
Add remaining 3 cups of water and bake uncovered for at least 2 more hours stirring occasionally, until beans are tender and of your desired consistency.

Another fact is that America has FRESH produce year around grown in it's Southern States or imported from our neighbor Mexico.
