History / Why WERE Those Death Camps Built in Poland, Then? [47]

The above attitude is a perfect example of what makes some people use the word "Jew" as an insult.

True.

No, dear, the fact that you find it an acceptable example is in ITSELF proof of the a anti-semitism that has NO problems rearing its head at any perceived avatar that comes its way.

Aren't we all anit-semites :))) ?

You were anti-semitic, and you DID sacrifice Jews.

Oy vey !

History / Why WERE Those Death Camps Built in Poland, Then? [47]

Poland is place Jewish children visit with their classmates, and laugh at the Soviet-Era hotels they stay in, and laugh uneasily at the camps their great-grandfather's slaved and died in. It is a morbid tourist stop, not one thing more.

Maybe... so ?

History / Why WERE Those Death Camps Built in Poland, Then? [47]

so there were few witness.

I don't think Gerrries cared about that... In fact, "the world" might not know much about the camps but it was not any secret that they were killing Jews... "the world" cared about it as much as about Tutsi being killed not so long ago... that including American Jews, who now scream the loudest... The reasons why holocaust became so well known and important were 1. to justify punishment Gerries received 2. due to growing influence of Jews around the world and self promotion of their victimhood...

Romanians

You are even more messed up than I thought...

All those, who surprised that Poles get irritated over "Polish death camps" and such should come and see this this post.

In fact, we should save it and add to all official complains in such cases, as an example of... you know what...

News / Don't go to Poland ... because you could end up coming back in a coffin [313]

have you ever thought that it was simply racist players that treated him unfairly?

Yes I did, maybe they were racist or maybe not... that's all we know for now, you obviously are sure they were racist because... he told you so :))

practically no exposure to africans

How dare they...

how else would i know. what are you talking about.

OK... and have you ever thought that maybe he was... for example simply a poor coach and now play the race card to explain his sacking ? Do you believe in all people are telling you or only when they are black and talk about being victims of racism ?

uuhhmmmm.....ok. you do that.

OK.

Game, set and match to Panorama.

Only for those, who are Polonophobic, far left homo nutters. It isn't really surprising that you are so exited over it.

News / Anty-Polish v column is located in White House [88]

There are 6,000 Poles on the list of the Righteous Among The Nations. There are more than 20 million Poles who are not.

LOL !

How many people in Poland rescued Jews? Of those that meet Yad Vashem's criteria—perhaps 100,000. Of those that offered minor forms of help—perhaps two or three times as many. Of those who were passively protective—undoubtedly the majority of the population. — Gunnar S. Paulsson

There's been an obvois agenda behind keeping it as low as it is possible.

The Poles didn’t invent the Holocaust and can’t be blamed for it, but they sure took advantage of it in stealing and keeping Jewish property.

Yes... in other words, give us money :))

The Jewish perspective

Switch Jewish for Polish and Polish for Jewish, it's no diffucult to produce something like that... but then it would called anti-semitic I think :))

amen!

Sure koont. You are so stupid that even don't realize once they suceed with "compensations", you will among those who will have to pay.

News / Don't go to Poland ... because you could end up coming back in a coffin [313]

maybe ask the Wroclaw PLFA team about that.

You mean devils ? I can ask.

I hung out a few times with the head coach, black guy from the states, former NFL player, and he was literally run off the team due to racism

And you know that because he told you so, I suppose ?

News / Don't go to Poland ... because you could end up coming back in a coffin [313]

Do you have any idea at all what foreign investment has done (and is still doing) for Poland? and do you have any idea what would happen if it stopped?

Please tell us what in your opinion would have happened If corrupted "Polish" governemnts hadn't sold out for pennies majority of financial sector to foreign entities and hadn't allowed huge foreign retail chains to operate freely (often actually being priviledged) marginalizing domestic retail companies due to the effect of scale, exploiting workers and suppliers with delayed payments. I hope to hear soon from you.

I mean we are doing monkey mock to black people. Put yourself in his/her position. What would you feel if the same thing happened to you?

Overall a good post... Sure making monkey noises (which occassionally happens during football matches in Poland but definitely is not a norma) is disgrace, however what the english feckers "forgot" to mention in that "great film" is that basically every Polish professional football club has at least one (very often a few) non-white player and that If they are valueable players, they are treated like royalty by supporters of a given club, the occasional noises are directed at players of the opposite team to distract them from the game. It's a matter of fanatism, not really racially motivated by itself. The same with "antisemitism", some clubs are "Jewish" due to their pre-WW2 history, that's where antisemitic chants from fans of teams playing against them are coming from. It is not about real Jews. There's quite a few Isreali football players in Poland, it's been confirmed that english feckers interviewed at least one of them but his opinion didn't fit into their sensational crap, so they didn't include it in this "great film". Simply several english koonts decided to make money on sensational horse>s*it and negative outcome for thousands of people is totally unimportant for them.

News / Don't go to Poland ... because you could end up coming back in a coffin [313]

The violence in the streets of London is completely unrelated and should not even enter any rational discussion.

Isn't all which make koonts look bad, totally unrelated and should never been mentioned by 21st century non-racists ?

BBC made a documentary showing a very real and serious problem

BBC made xenophobic propaganda, chose worst scenes from many years pretending that it is a norm and provoked well known ex-sportsman to make shocking comments. That's what feckin koonts did.

The violence in the streets of London is completely unrelated and should not even enter any rational discussion.

Sure it is. Is BBC going to prepare something similar about violence in London and warn fans that attending the event they would risk their life ? I doubt it. Then it clearly shows what were the motives behind **** about Poland and Ukraine.

News / Don't go to Poland ... because you could end up coming back in a coffin [313]

No. The media in several countries have raised serious concerns about organised football hooliganism during a tournament held jointly in 'country b' and a neighbouring but culturally similar country.

You really have huge problems with logical thinking. Yes, and somehow only this one particular case got criticized so much by people in Poland, including your beloved Tusk. Why ? Have you ever wondered ? Hmm maybe because unlike this xenophobic **** made by koont Rogers, others were pointing out real issues Poland is undoubtedly having with hooliganism without any Goebbels style propaganda ?

No, it will not happen so it won''t matter.

OK so all the fans attending Olympics will be perfectly safe because... you say so, It's really getting to be too funny.

You are really funny :) :) You might want to edit that post.

You probably wanted to point that "comment" at me... only don't know how to quote... please explain what you find so funny in that quoted part. Thank you in advance.

When people feel so uncomforatable they have to cross the road if they see a policemen coming toward them, it says a lot about the country you are in.

You mean you koonts do that while in Poland ?

If Poland ever moves into the 21st century, changes it laws, and gives its people and in particular women a voice, then you will see crime figures like the UK's because people will be able to report violent crime, racism and rape. Until then the crap will continue to be swept under the carpet.

You mean UK style ? Hopefully it will never happen.

Go out and re-educate the world to think like you do, if you think it viable.

That would be a waste of time.

News / Don't go to Poland ... because you could end up coming back in a coffin [313]

Do you know how many newspapers would print it outside Poland? Nil.

Probably... unless an internationally known person would be invented to comment and the whole thing would be translated to English.

Because Poland has a reputation for being a racist, nazi country, so its believable.

Yes it has, largely due to such feckers as Chris Rogers... If such feckers as Chris Rogers were trying to present UK as a country with huge problems related to crime, social tensions, racism, xenophobia, religious intolerance and fanatism, they would likely succeed as one can easily find plenty of such things in the UK and one could easily present it as a norm If that was his intention.

bananas chucked on the pitch (something I heard of at a French match too)...

They did the same in Serie A this month...

That's the whole point. Olympics hooliganism doesn't exist

So you want to tell us that If a fan attending Olympics will get stabbed somewhere near a pub, It won't matter because It won't be Olympic hooliganism ?

the Olympics aren't in Warsaw and the Euro 2012 isn't in the UK so any comparison between the Olympic games and a football event held in a region with endemic problems of organised hooliganism are necessarily false.

People from country A, which is hosting a major sport event this year, claim that fans shouldn't attend another major sport event being hosted this year in country B, because there is a serious risk they might be killed... Then people from country B call it nonsense and prove that attending an event in country A is no less dangerous for fans and despite that fact, somehow people from country A, their media or anyone else, don't ask the fans to re-think the plans about coming to see their event... so that clearly shows it is more about pointing fingers at others in a trully xenophobic manner and not any real concern about safety of fans...

Which part of that you don't understand ? Are you really that slow ?

News / Don't go to Poland ... because you could end up coming back in a coffin [313]

Chris Rogers presents Euro 2012: Stadiums of Hate
BBC One, Monday, 28 May at 20:30 BST

I saw today main parts of it... as I expected, in case of Poland the focus is mainly on Wisła vs. Cracovia and Widzew vs. £KS and yes... they show crowds shouting "feckin Jewish ******", they show "Jude Raus" grafitti without mentioning that it has nothing to do with actual Jews, without saying they there's been quite a few Isreali players in Polish leage and they haven't had any problems here, without saying that one of them almost made a decision to play for Polish national team and once he finally decided to choose Isreali national team instead, vast majority of football fans in Poland were disappointed. Of course they also don't mention a fact that vast majority of problems in Poland is limited to conflicts between several clubs and that during matches between national teams there hardly ever been any problems. What for ? That would be boring, better push the horseshyt that large numbers of "Eastern Europeans" are nazis. The only shocking thing I saw there was an attack on Indians... in Ukraine.

Sol Campbells comments were after he saw the footage.

I think somebody should start reminding the world what we saw in London not so long ago... all that garbage burning buildings, looting whatever they could...

Too thck to realise that the Euro 2012 is not being played in London. London is in Britain, not POLAND or UKRANINE

You took the words out of my mouth.

Too thck to realize that TVP could produce and broadcost similar stuff about UK soon before the Olympic games, invite some sportsman or celebrity to comment and then send his/her "Don't go to UK ... because you could end up coming back in a coffin" to hit the headlines around the world. What would you say then, koonts ? Most probably: "sort out your own crap, motherfecker.s", yeah this exactly what we are telling you right now.

Some fairly embarrassing comments here.

For example ?

Sorry, but the violence removed from stadiums will occur again and again in streets of London and elsewhere in the future.

Sure. They didn't solve any problems. They basically priced the yobs out of the stadiums and turned football matches into snobish events for middle and upper classes and the problems still exist, only not so visible in front of cameras. Talk about head in sand...

Pretty well true. A lot of ostrich mentality here. Let's hope the police stay on top of it, but whether they do or don't, it'll make some pretty compelling news footage.

You are so clueless about things discussed here that you didn't even understand that It was sarcasm...

News / Don't go to Poland ... because you could end up coming back in a coffin [313]

Don't worry about England fans, very few are coming anyway (20k tickets sold).

Good.

The question is whether any other countries fans will attend either.

Some will, some won't...

Sol Campbells comments were after he saw the footage.

I think somebody should start reminding the world what we saw in London not so long ago... all that garbage burning buildings, looting whatever they could...

Do you really want me to cite a long list of complaints made by visiting international football players?

Yes please.

The question is what is Poland going to do to try and repair its wrecked international image? is there anything that can be done?

No, nothing can be done. It's not really about a few clowns, It's about a billion of Poles working around EU, It's about Tusk not having any other idea how to develop this country than begging for more EU handouts and so on. One can not have a good image with all of that. Look at Germany, there have "far-right" and far-left groups much stronger than anything like that in Poland, they don't invade and murder other nations anymore but let's be honest, they are not the nicest people around and If you scratch a Kraut, they often are still xenophobic and look down on others. However the image of Germany is a 1000 times better than that of Poland. Why ? Because when people think Germany they see Mercedes, Siemens trains, Deutsche Bank, Germany foreign investments creating jobs, Merkel making decisions to allocate financial aid to other countries etc. Simply, when you are poor, few will like you no matter what you do, If you are rich they will like you, or at least pretend they do. A guy, who takes out home made sandwiches when others are going out to have a lunch is never very popular. Unless this country starts to be run in a professional manner so people won't be nomads of Europe, no PR actions will help us. There will always be something to claim that "Eastern Europeans" are this or that... and they eat swans.

I think we'll find that the Olympics are a differ kettle of fish - and something more of a success. It's a shame though that a football competition was given to a region with such unresolved hooligan problems.

When the last time were there any serious problems during international matches in Poland ? You clearly have no clue what you are talking about. Again.

He is the ex-captain of England. You can be certain the words "Nazi, Poland, Dangerous" will be top of the news in every country on the planet.

I know, that's why the garbage shouldn't be allowed to get away with it... Hopefully the companies, which are going to lose money, will take care of it, If not someone should encourage them to take certain steps...

And its now very widely know problem which will scare visitors away from Poland for years to come, damaging tourism and investment.

On the other hand that can be a plus, especially in case of a certain nation...

News / Poland's Economy Is Booming! The EU's Success Story? [711]

Usually 3 times a week!

Interesting. Please provide more details. Thank you in advance.

Labor productivity in Poland is much lower than average in EU, It's a fact everyone here knows, so what are you trying to "prove" ?

However if the pound shop scenario was the case then how do you explain Polands lower productivity to the other ex-communist countries?

Please prove it. Please define ex-communist countries and show that Poland has lower labor productivity than them. Thank you in advance.

News / Poland's Economy Is Booming! The EU's Success Story? [711]

You are very exited because you are looking at it from the opposite corner of the world. Please come back and enjoy this "boom" first hand.

Obviously I realize that the country still has a way to go, but they should reach a standard of living that resembles contentment (if the is possible since Polish people are very hard to satisfy) in probably no more than 15 years time.

I work with foreigners of many kinds... and we are for sure no worse than "westerners"... to put it mildly... If the Polish transformation to capitalism had been handled properly, we would have already been no poorer than they are. Unfortunately, It was totally messed up, things like sell out of banking sector to foreigners were a crime against the nation. Now we have to first make a huge effort to take back what was given away for pennies. It should happen but will take no less than 25-30 years before we reach a level of economic development of major western countries.

Work / Got a raise in Poland. Is my tax gonna change? [10]

Currently I make less than 85.528 a year, but still im paying like 30% in taxes.

18%/32% is only the income tax. There's also ZUS (social insurence) and NFZ (health insurence). Both are obligatory, you can get them lower If you run 1 person company but not all employers are willing to go for such solution, also you're not an employee then, so If they want to end cooperation with you, they can do that easily without bothering with any employment regulations.

With my raise ill be making more, so my question is do you think ill just stay on my current tax level then?

Income tax works the way that you pay 18% till your income is no more than 85.528 PLN gross this year and 32% only for the amount over 85.528 PLN. So for a 100.000 a year it is 85.528 * 0.18 + 14.472 * 0.32.

If you want to see exact figures, at best use some on-line converters.

For example: infor.pl/kalkulatory/brutto_netto.html

in Krok 1 put there your gross salary, skip Krok 2, leave 2012 in Krok 3 and press Oblicz.

You will get the results then:
Brutto = gross
ZUS = social insurence
Składka na ub. zdrow. = NFZ
Zaliczka na podatek = income tax
Netto = net, cash you will actually receive
