Life / Poland, maybe the world's last bastion of faith [67]

One of the hallmarks of most dysfunctional families is their brevity and instability -- just
the oppostie of what young children need to develop.

nice idea, but why don't you tell it to all those immature and irresponsible parents first. Secondly, why doesn't the government provide more child care, or lets people earn more money, so they can provide better homes for their children, or don't have to work so many hours so there are never at home to be with their children.

They need security, stabiltiy and a sense of permanence, not new mummies, daddies and uncles or -- worse yet -- two daddies or two mummies.

they do and they got it with those above. What about those thousands of children who are adopted because their parents left them, what about the teenage pregnancy? What about all those fathers who leave their pregnant wives and boyfriends who leave their pregnant girlfriends- all heterosexual, so they should know what to do with children and how to be responsible, unlike as you claim homos.

Do you know how long the average homosexual relationship (which you seem to so admire and glamourise) lasts? Why not check it out and get back to us on this when you do.

you don't seem to know either.

Many families are disfunctional in the US, but you seem to miss the complex reasons.

In order to have healthy families one does not need church not faith, but secure economy and a sense of responsibility.
The problem is: white, catholic and heterosexuals think that they are uberhumans and have less faults then anybody else - which is a complete bollocs.

Muslims ar family oriented not less then other religions.

Love / Do African or Afro- American women find Polish men attractive? [179]

well, if you are at uni, there must be some foreign students there, so you need to find out here they hang out and show you face from time to time, don't charge right away. Hang around and become friends first. You might be attracted to them when you see then on the street, but maybe you will not be attracted to their personalities, all women are different, you know:).

Or join an interest group, such as drumming circle or something like that, not sure they have them in Krakow, but if they do, there might be some Afro Americans there. Be patient too.

Food / Is Polish food still more natural than in the West? [142]

Jajajaja :)

jajaja:)

Slowly but surely I'm getting back in the shape that I had a few years ago, actually before I came to Ireland. But you know why I couldn't go suddenly from almost nothing to full time...

I do, but on a serious note: brisk walking and dancing is underestimated. One doesn't have to run and at a certain age is not recommended anyways, because of the high impact on the

knees.

(doesn't need that much weightloss actually)

BMI is very helpful in determining the healthy weight.

But apart from synthetic food which arrived to us when communism fell, healthy natural food is still available in Poland. So, you still have a choice.

I would disagree, there is quite a lot of foods that are Polish made and have a lot of chemicals, such as bread, unless it is made in a natural way. Beer/wine has lots of chemical to speed the fermentation process.

True, but don't go from hardly any movement to massive movement all at once as that is bad for your body too.

I meant you not me. I am in a good shape:). It's all about me:) me, moi!!!!!!!

I just happen to have read a lot about these things recently and since then I know that it splits up the fat in your stomach and makes it harder for the body to absorb fat out of the food you eat.

yah, that and lots of exercise as well. if you don't move the healthy food will not help you keep in shape.

Balsamic vinegar before you start eating.

nah, I just use in is salad dressing.

Important feature is that it seperates fat in your stomach into little balls which cannot be absorbed by the body, so if you take a spoon of Balsamic before you eat, you get less fat from that dinner. Same goes for any sour(y) condiment.

I don't know what it does, but I know that anything sour/fermented, including sour kraut is good for the digestion since it contains the natural bacteria which aids it.

Edit: that's how Megan Fox got so hot :)

is that a fact or she just eats nothing? :)

What is slonina?

USA, Canada / PolAms -- do you regard yourselves only as 'white Americans'? [187]

Once again I will attempt to explain the obvious, as you keep missing the point to the point that one points his pointy finger to his flat (opposite of pointy) temple in poignant suspicion that the point of your posts is to point out the pointlessness of pointing anything out to you. But heck, it's Sunday and I feel benevolent and pointy (no I don't have an erection, quite opposite I experience massive shrinkage reading your stuff). So to the point then, yup, the one you are missing:

ha, ha, ha.........I like Sunday posts.

I don't mind that at all, if anything it's just another good reason to connect to people and share something good apart from my pointy erection.

some people just don't get the "connect" stuff.
