Work / part-time job in Poland needs work permit? [40]

What does it matter? It was a simple question. Poland was the so called "3rd world" a couple of years back.

BS.Poland never was a 3rd world country. How can you compare Poland to places like Vietnam,Congo,Cambodia etc.?

Law / How can I get Polish citizenship after been married to a Polish spouse [75]

There's also a good chance that a Polish language requirement will be brought in sooner rather than later,

I am very surprised it is still not required, but what can you expect? This is Polska. It is high time to create Polish ICE to pick up all the foraign "students" who forgot to go back to their countries of origin.Shouldn't be that hard.Simple solution is to rise immigration fees to pay for Immigration Police.I am more than sure there would be plenty of Poles willing to do this job.(I would, even for a minimum wage.)

coz its really disgusting thing in this country, waiting so long doing everything what they want and later problems and problems from this paper works.

You are free to go wherever the process is easier and painless.I am sure you will find a place where you will be given spanking new passport right away.

If it doeasn`t work you can always go for Human Rights Appeal. Whatever will be their decision the goverment needs to follow it

In your dreams.Human Rights Appeal?Funny. It is not your right to live wherever you want to it is a privillage.

USA, Canada / American Marrying Polish woman - visa question [41]

Now as far as marrying on a tourist visa, you can legally do it, but she will have to return to Poland before her tourist visa expires, and then you will have to apply for a spouse visa.

Not true. All she has to do is to apply for "adjustment of status".I think it cost $1070 (including biometrics) but check on USCIS page.

She cannot stay in the US to receive a spouse visa while being on a tourists visa, even if you get married, because a tourist visa is just that, for visiting and then going back to their home country.

Utter BS.Once married (in the US) she DOES NOT need any fiance visa.

History / Polish flag over the Reichstag first? [399]

Wtf are you talking about? We LOST WWII.

Brilliant tactics are resulting in success not in bloody mess and disaster.

Well, the military tactic of German Army was pretty good indeed. What lagged behind was a STRATEGY.Strategy and tactic are two different things.

News / Poland is important in the global economy crisis? [33]

Ah, aren't you a great advert for Poland?

Why would I want to be?If that was up to me I would send all of you foraigners in PL back to
where you belong within 48 hours.

Of course, if you want, you can give all the money back. We don't mind, really.

Forget it.You are not getting anything back.

USA, Canada / Getting a VISA to USA by a Polish person nowadays [339]

Why don't you learn proper english before posting on here so others can understand.

Why don't you fok off to some american forum where you can show off with your english punk?

Poland was losing tourism because of it and many illegal Poles had trouble getting a visa back to Poland and were afraid they would get caught, causing more Poles to stay here illegaly.

Like there were so many american turists in PL before 91 to even care about them.Besides, you are saying that POLISH CITIZENS being illegaly or not in the US needed a visa to go to Poland? You are a retard.

Poland jumped into bed with America without securing a good deal - their problem. America did a great deal, Poland not so.

As much as I don't like it I have to agree with that.

News / Poland is important in the global economy crisis? [33]

You are nothing with or without Europe you foking belgian pedophile. Now shut your filthy mouth punk.

Let us look at today; the EU currently invests a lot of money in Poland, so I do not think we need this kind of hostility between our nations anymore, eventhough it's mild, or could be viewed as tongue-in-cheek.

Every EU project in PL is being financed with EU and Polish money.50/50.

I do not expect any gratitude,

Good because you should not. It's not like Poland gets anything for free.Poland opened the market for euro junk stimulating growth in other euro countries. And don't forget that every tenth EU citizen is POLISH.

USA, Canada / Expat Poles swearing allegiance to the US - how did you feel? [157]

It was an honor and a pleasure and I'm proud to be a part of this nation. I fought for this country and I took the oath in the service and I would do it again.

I am glad there are people like you ready to have their arm,leg or head blown off in the name of "his" country. This way people like grubas can just chill and enjoy their lives.

Why would you even live in a country you don't support?

What if one does not support any country but only himself?Like grubas who is neutral when it comes to countries thing and stuff.

Its very simple. If one comes to America and does not support it.. No big deal.. Get the hell out.

Boo hoo.You can bark all you want but you can't bite.

Law / I am married to a Polish citizen. How can I get residency? [36]

Without her I am severed from the only country in the world I have ever loved.

You must be either masochist or a crazy person.

I often think of just returning there and taking my chances

Just return, find another broad and get married.Simple.Shouldn't be a problem.

History / Effects of Living under Communism in Poland [58]

No no! In Communist Poland you could publicly say that "last night's evening news was total crap in the US".

There was a joke:
Soviet man meets American, and American says "You know in America we have democracy and everyone can say that our president suck."And the Soviet man replays:"Pheew,we have the same democracy in the Soviet Union, everyone can say that your president suck."

Polonia / The Netherlands: run-down districts happy with Polish immigrants [59]

Honestly I did not and my comment is based on Polish workers comments from oszukany.pl.Frankly, judging from their Polish these people don't seem to be educated but I don't think they would lie.I said 90% since it's virtually imposiblle for the foraign low and semi skilled workers in the Netherland to get hired directly by an employer without doing time for an agency. And yes they are slave labour agencies indeed.Do you even have any labour rules and regulations in the Netherland? Many Poles work 10h/day, SEVEN days a week without being paid overtime. How is that possible for an agency employees to enter workers housing while they ARE NOT there? And then fine them for any disorder?Dude, how about charging them IN ADVANCE traffic tickets (when they use company car) which they have never received? How come they only get some little money a week for their work (the rest is paid at the end of contract) instead of paycheck every week?Slavery or semi slavery is still alive in the Netherland and is doing well.

Polonia / The Netherlands: run-down districts happy with Polish immigrants [59]

You conviniently skip the fact that they (Poles) live ten or more in one house not because they like it but because YOURS (DUTCH) slave labour agencies place them like that and charge them 50euros/head/week making a lot of money of these poor semi slaves.

Why are you so stupid, boy?

No it is not their choice.90% of them work thru DUTCH slave labour agencies and they are placed there by YOURS ******* agencies.Even those who left these places and rented one on their own but still work thru an agency are often being charged for a place in agency house even though they don't live there anymore. Also many of them were exploited and didn't get paid for their work. What I have learned from oszukany.pl is that you dutch are focking crooks and I wonder how is all that even possible in SO CALLED "western" country. In the US these focking dutch blood suckers would be rotting in jail with long sentences for profiting from slavery.

USA, Canada / Canada Increasingly a Gateway for Undocumented Polish Immigrants Entering the U.S. [150]

I don't see you talking crap about your countrymen, grubas so how come you don't understand someone who defends his own people too.

I DO talk a lot of crap about Poland and my countrymen politicians. And I DO consider many of my countrymen to be a low life scumbags, but I don't think it has anything to do with their nationality.

why, because he's saying what you like to hear?

No he doesn't.

Yep, I am definitely a chauvinistic American

You are and that is OK with me.(Not that I like this kind of people though).

Law / The Stock Exchange - Poland (GPW ... or WSE). Do you invest? [34]

I think that 19% of CGT is a focking ripp off.

I read a thread on this which was from 2007 and it mentioned that it wasn't very wise due to lack of conduct codes in businesses

BS.It is just like other markets(except for a focking tax).I can also tell you that KGHM seems to be highly undervalued in comparison to it's "western" peers.

Transaction costs notoriously high here.

True.

USA, Canada / CULTURE SHOCK! (of my Polish finance who visited the US) [210]

Culture shock is just a phrase - not to be taken literally. It just refers to a sense of alienation/bewilderment etc caused by immersion in a different culture that's all, nothing too extreme usually - although potentially, it can be I suppose.

Well.the phrase implies that there are some drastic differences between cultures.Honestly, few times I was nicely or not surprised but never shocked and I don't think any intelligent and open minded person would be.

USA, Canada / Not everyone that lives or comes from America is RICH! [300]

Since I am a payer of economic aid packages to Poland

What is it?Give me the numbers or shut up.Last time I checked it was $27 milions of US "aid" for Poland and in the meantime Poland spends $500 milions a year helping US in A-stan.

USA, Canada / Not everyone that lives or comes from America is RICH! [300]

You need to build your own missile defense system too. Because if americans have to pay for that as well, and support it for who knows how many years, more jerks like you will turn up espousing the superiority of Poland's free medical system while you leave your american benefactors dying in the ditch.

If I didn't know better I would think that all Americans are as dumb as you are.The missile shield purpose was to defend yours AMERICA.Period.

Like I said, I have issues with my tax dollars going to foreign interests who do not have my best interests at heart. People just like you have helped me and many more Americans establish that view.

OMFG, you are saying that good uncle Sam gives money to foraign countries and expects nothing in exchange?Get a life.

USA, Canada / Not everyone that lives or comes from America is RICH! [300]

I think you're missing the point. There is no cash to be had.

No I am not.I ALWAYS had at least 5 G's in the bank and I was making 13/h.Always had cable and phone (ok, my employer was paying for my cell), never tried dog food since food is VERY cheap around here,i don't drink but spend at least $50/week on 420. On the other hand I never had a car payment. And I never sent a single buck to PL.But I understand you may be surprised since many Americans make way more then that but mostly don't have any cash.Oh and I don't blow $$$ on bullshit,I buy good stuff at the right price.

How do you find the State subsidized dentist?

Well, in DelMarVa we have something called TLC for people with low income.Once you get enrolled you pay $40 a visit for dentist and $20 a visit all other doctors.
