Since I've done these in the past (accident surveys) Wroclaw and F-Stop are correct, in the US traffic is re-routed virtually immediately while the investigation goes on. Poland has to avoid becoming another Portugal or Ireland. German and French banks raided the Irish treasury and now they laid it at the feet of the Irish tax payer. No way they can pay that back. Exactly, that's my whole point they can't leave their history (they know it too well). They already have a military alliance with NATO. Lithuania and Ukraine aren't even in NATO.
