Love / Demands from Polish ex! [75]

So the fact that she lied and made up the "fine" 6 months after he dumped her...you still think he should pay it? By the way he's half Polish is he just half a foreign cockroach?

Love / Demands from Polish ex! [75]

don't ask us to psychoanalyze the two of you and any advices about her and your relationship... we can be harsh, unpleasantly honest, and we can't stand whiners...

True.

If I were him, I'd text her and say yeah sure I'll give you the 500 and then a day later, text saying, hang on a minute my new girl friend said that there's no such fine.. :D give her hope and then drag the rug from under her :D Maybe she'll learn something from it?

News / Poland President National Mourning in Some Countries [212]

Nobody is buried in the Wawel castle. Peasant or not

Laid to rest then...my bad as the Amercians say! But he hardly fits the criteria..It would seem anyone can claim a prestigious place in history in one of Poland greatest historic crypts.

Hm, you may also be aware that the Airports in Southern Europe are open as usual.

Wrong, no flights going out of any airports in the UK for the next couple days, could be Tuesday when they open or do you know better than I do?

UK, Ireland / Polish opinion of England as a country and the English nation [64]

I've dated a few English women and finally married one. I've found 'em to be good natured and they laugh easily (they're a lot of fun). Though not the best looking in Europe they make up for it with big boobies and they age well.

I think you'll find you'll sporting a blackeye and sleeping the spare room for a week if your wife reads that post - we have quite fiery tempers too! :D

I was taught by an Englishman for a while and I've been to England (as a tourist). I must say that I'm always surprised at how mean they can be online compared to how sweet and friendly they appear in real life.

They're men and how do you know he was English, just because someone speaks English in England doesnt mean he is...Pure misconception...a large percentage of the people I went to school with had Irish or Italian heritage...(It was a Catholic school though :D )

UK, Ireland / Female health in Britain - Polish view [105]

is male circumcision also illegal in the UK?

Male circumcision is an entirely different thing and is NOT illegal in the UK - you cant even compare the two, boys dont die because they've had their pully snipped and they dont have problems with sex or pissing either - female circumcision its not generally done by a professional medical person, its generally done by some ignorant bitach with a rusty blade, hence the reason young girls die or are severely disfigured and left in pain for the rest of their lives and it has nothing to do with religion its cultural.

In Islamic countries maybe, but it is considered the more hygienic option.

Its not illegal in Islamic countries, its widely practiced and yes it considered more hygenic and to be perfectly honest it looks better :D Plenty of none Jews and muslims have it done, its widely practiced in America.

sure, sure, i`m not surprised. Britain is on the edge of sharia way

I can assure you Crow, its not on the edge of anything there are a handfull of Sharia courts (not really courts as such) who use their law for arbitration- divorce and civil matters...but in the end they have to apply through English courts for a legal divorce or they are comitting bigomy if they legally marry again in the UK...Please dont listen to some Pole who lives in the UK because she seriously ignorant about my country, her comments have displayed as much. By the way you might be surprised Jewish courts exist too and they have been practicing this for decades here for the same thing - its merely a cultural thing and there is only ONE law in England that has to be obeyed.

Travel / Białowieża National Park in Poland [461]

This Mourning feels more like something forced upon us, rather than be followed by choice.

I was ready to go abroad for a week when the Queen mum died, but it really wasnt that bad..Hardly anything on the TV and virtually nothing on the radio..

And now we have panic buying because the shops will be closed at the weekend.

We get that here every Christmas and the shops only close one day!

I hear they have imposed an alcohol ban until Monday?

UK, Ireland / Female health in Britain - Polish view [105]

It seems that in the UK people suffer it through and persevere with it, rather than go to the doctor and complain and get cured. That must be linked to your WW experience, the great plagues, the famines, even the fencing of the pastures. It's very brave, but in modern times shouldn't be necessary.

What you mean is we're not hypochondriacs who feel the need to run to the doctor (wasting his time) at the drop of a hat?

I have never personally dealt with one complaint against a midwife.

Doubt you ever will either, they are highly trained and bloody good at what they do.

I bet a doctor can't refuse it for fear of discrimination.

I bet a doctor could get struck off for doing it, its call mutilation and its illegal in the UK (dont you feel a bit stupid after that remark? - you know little about my country deary :D)

UK, Ireland / Female health in Britain - Polish view [105]

C. UK women die of heart attacks during birth because they are TOO OLD and TOO FAT.

Actually women have been giving birth and having kids into their 40 for centuries, my mums mum was 42 when she had her :D

I also know plenty of women who tried to have kids for years and then got pregnant in their late 30s....so much for nature being programmed to stop us wanting to "do it" past 30!

By the way UK health is much better than OK, its actually very good.

Pay money in the UK and you will get a better level of healthcare too.

A lot of people do it..I have private health care with work, but Im happy to use the NHS.

I'm in my 30ties and this woman is hot for me!

I hadnt realised she was 50 this year..She's certainly looking good on it...

Strange but true, another case in a point: Elizabeth Hurley

Half English half Irish :D - but she's had work done..

And especially the public shool boys - they usually border on plump and have those rosy cheeks.

Most blokes I know who went to public school would be horrified at that description..they were not then and are in no way chubby now - sports are a huge part of school life..so you'll less "chubby" boys in public school...

As for how English women lose it after 16, there's quite a few who would disagree with you on that one..

UK, Ireland / Polish workers humiliated at the Laurens Patisseries - protest [45]

Wait untill Betty Saxe-Coburg Gotha kicks the bucket.

We will have a national day of mourning here in the UK..I dont expect those ex pats living in Aus or Spain will give a shite - they left the UK for a reason...and it wasnt to get all patriotic when something happens in the UK!

and thats why we are buying Bazilian Embraers and not Queen's Bombardiers
say to **** off to two faced people

Can you say that in English please?

Factory workers are very exposable

They're probably agency - so plenty more where they came from, maybe employ English staff next time.

I demanded two minutes to slack off when the Queen Mother died. My Polish boss told me to get fcuked. Same when Princess Diana died. Where do I file my whine about Poles and hate speech?

Yep I can just imagine you asking for 2 minutes to commemorate old wooden teeth :D

you are also welcome to the cream of the British pie eating munters!

Bless, so sweet, I always find it funny when English men make these kind of comments it really does show the kind of women you can aspire to sh*g of a weekend...Try a better class of bar or get a better job so you can meet those who are slightly classier.

Sorry I don`t know what is 'munter' but probably your countryman Shelly won`t agree with you.:)

Oh we have plenty of the kind he describes (munter is someone rather ugly), but we also have plenty of beauties too, shame for him he doesnt have a chance for anyone with the slightest bit of class..Those that complain about certain nationalities are generally doing so because they have been stung - he ex was probably a fat munter who dumped him for a Polish guy!

UK, Ireland / Polish opinion of England as a country and the English nation [64]

commentator from The New York Times said, "Lawson's sexy roundness mixed with her speed-demon technique makes cooking dinner with Nigella look like a prelude to an orgy"

She's a dirty biatch (in a funny way) I love her programmes...She's very provocative...

We do not care. The posh accent is sexy :-)

I dont really care, I was just pointing a fact out :D

Polish people: what do you think of the English? describe them, are they attractive?

Troll.

Oh lord, no.

What all of them are ugly? Men, women and children?

I think Nigella Lawson is yummy :-)

She's not exactly English - she has German Jewish / Dutch Jewish heritage on her mothers side -on her fathers side she has a Latvian Jewish G Grand father (name was formally Leibson not Lawson).. in fact you'd be hard pushed to find anyone that is 100% English since we've been mixing it up with Europeans for centuries, In Nigella's case, she's about 25% English (if that) the rest is a mixture - she did an interesting programme called "Who Do You Think You Are" ......What she definately isnt is English.

and nice tities :)

Aprently we've got the biggest knockers in Europe :D

Law / Will my friend have to pay back half the loan his ex-wife took out in Poland? [22]

Hi, I am writing this thread on behalf of my friend and was just wondering if someone might know some information on Polish law to help him out.

Tell him to get a copy of the loan agreement, if he hasnt co-signed a loan, he can say the the bank was negligent not in ensuring that this was done on a joint account, he can also say what she did was frauduent and could bring a whole host of $hit upon her...If I was him I threaten her with this and then see how much futher she wants to take it! We take fraud very seriously in the UK and the bank could be in s$it for not having 2 signatures on a loan on a joint account.

Thank you everyone for your comments, I do not know nor does my friend the reason she gave for taking out the loan. Judging by the fact Lloyds TSB was one of the worst hit banks during the recession, that might well explain why. Thanks again.

They tightened their belts they didnt give money out without good reason, it would be interesting to know what she said the loan was for, because I know for fact she wouldnt have got it had they know the real reason.

By the way why on earth would any one bank with TSB? They are the worst bank in the UK!

UK, Ireland / Polish workers humiliated at the Laurens Patisseries - protest [45]

We perceive such attitude as an act of hate crime and are considering taking serious legal actions including reporting the case to the Police and also advising the owners of the Bakkavör Group in Iceland as well as the mass media about the above.

PMSL..Sorry this bit did make me laugh...the mass media in the UK would tell you to go fcuk yourself if you sent this letter in to them, or they might publish it for a laugh!

Germans are behind it, surely....:(

Nah for sure the Jews!

I wonder if Enkidu will be writing to all those protesting about the president being laid to rest at the castle in Krakow, aparently quite a few dont want him, they're Polish too!

As for this thread...FFS..this is England, go home to grieve if you feel that bad..Its got nothing to do with us.

WTF people? You really want to do this at work?
You can have your 2 min, hell, you can have 2 fvcking hours, just don't make a spectacle at work.
Grieving, my a$$. Attention seeking fools.

Yep! I even saw some grafity today on a building in Manchester saying RIP and then some Polish names! fekin idiots!

UK, Ireland / EEA family permit from Poland to UK - time and process [60]

But I totally DISAGREE with Amathyst

I meant what HE has to bring to the table. She can work in the UK..but she needs to be registered. As for him getting a permit, people get refused.

Found this site too: (it wasn't a happy ending)

Hello everyone.

My husbands eea family permit was recently refused. The reasons for refusal were -

(A) I have deduced from your sponsor's letter that she is not presently living or working in the UK. You have failed to provide evidence that your EEA national family member is a qualified person in accordance with regulation 6 of the immigration (EEA) regulation 2006. I am not satisfied that your EEA national family member is residing in the UK in accordance with Immigration Regulations 2006

Travel / Stag Parties in Kraków [119]

Prague is going downhill

Avoiding drunk dickheads is easy if you know where not to go! Prague still has many hidden gems that the stags wouldnt want to frequent because they have "charm" The main club in Prauge is also big enough to avoid said pr*cks.

I am assuming Danny, you heard about the good old days in Prauge, well, yes it was cheaper but that was due to currency exchange nothing more - back in 1999 you could get about 50 crowns to the £ now we get 28 so it stands to reason that it feels more expensive, having said that a pint hasnt really increased in 10 years! (well not in the bars I go in, probably in the stag places though)

Why punish the stag party?

Because sweetie they cant behave and they act even worse when abroad - the ONLY reason they go to Warsaw or Krakow is because its cheap, nothing more nothing less.

UK, Ireland / EEA family permit from Poland to UK - time and process [60]

It might sound a bit of a hassle but it's really not, its a pretty simple procedure with no complications "if the marriage is genuine".

You reckon? He was here on a 2 year WHV and then got married to a Pole and now wants to come back to the UK - yep, really genuine! Note the fact she's never lived here..poor cow!

Moreover, if your spouse can not satisfy any of the conditions above, then I believe the most convenient condition is a "job seeker"

She can actively look all she likes on the net, the fact she doesn't have a permanent address and is not enrolled on the WRS means she cant work in the UK (legally) until that's sorted..

Keep giving your advice out Faizee, You might want to check the Home Office pages a little bit more often, we're having an immigration overhaul at the moment....None EU citizens are not really that welcome, unless they bring something genuine to the table.

Oh, have a look at this :D This persons husband was "British" (actually probably Indian born) and she was refused a EEA permit.

"You have applied for admission to the United Kingdom by virtue of EC Law as the family member of an EEA nation who is exercising or wishes to exercise, rights of free movement under the Treaty establishing the EC in the UK, but I am not satisfied that the EEA national of whom you are a family member is a qualified person"

So you see hitman, its not as simple as these two Asian gentlemen think it is - things have changed.
