The main reason for Ukraine's underdevelopment are Ukrainians themselves not Poles or Russians.Anyway the Russians managed to keep everything profitable from USSR times in the country of Russia.They are only interested in Donbas steal,fertilizers and Sevastopol naval base.

Ukraine cannot be compared to Poland.Very different economies.Ukraina mainly sells its production to Russia and gets subsidized gas and oil while Poland sells to the West.Poland has had significantly higher unemployment(before the exodus) because it had to compete against the western products.

Yes,the Poles work hard in jobs the natives despise.In some cases they undercut the salaries but generally they are productive.I have never seen any Russians working in low menial jobs.I have never seen Slavs selling naroctics while Blacks and some pakis are handy.The degree of stealing by Albanians is unparalleled and I have no idea what occupation the Arabs have.

Poles are excellent workers.The work done by a Pole is magnitudes of higher quality than the work done by an Albanian for example or a Greek.Polish plumbers,carpenters etc are sought after(at least they were before the crisis halted the construction activity).
Even drunk Poles tend to work rather good.

Poles are huge contributing factor in the workforce.People do not like them that much because they don't spend.Unlike the Russian oligarchs who have swarm London with russian money and thus make Russians enjoy quite a reputation.

Are you sure?I thought the heads of divisions and Oberfuhrers were always german but I have to search.

Actually Mannstein claims that the efficiency of the Flemish and Scandinavian SS divisions was reduced in his sector due to lack of german SS officers who spoke the related languages to order the men.Basically most were killed.
