News / Polish bishop caught with 2,5 promille [45]

Not that many actually. In this parish they just walked once round the churchyard and back indoors.

must have been on Sunday - Corpus Christi was on Thursday and it always involve a procession a lot further away from the churches - I don't consider myself Catholic but my mum often goes to church and she was busy preparing a little field altar (not on her own) at which the procession would stop on its way.

UK, Ireland / Should an English website in UK have Polish translations? [12]

Would you expect the website to be completely translated into Polish or just some parts?

most important parts would be enough I guess - translation of whole websites is costly and time consuming

UK, Ireland / A new mayor in London: opinion of Polish people in the UK? [317]

@Gumi: problem is that foreigners here have skills that Poles don't have

problem is Poles in the West have the willingness to do jobs the locals don't have

I sure do too and we both pay for your 500+ ;)

I don't benefit from 500+ neither anyone from my immediate family

@Gumi: for the millions of Poles living around the world as they don't want to live in Poland, it's fortunate for them that other countries ARE multi ;).

well Poland is enough multi-kulti and multi other things if you are allowed to stay here don't you think

News / What kind of Poland do most Poles want? [101]

vacation on Polish coast is more expensive than vacation in Egypt or Tunisia - you probably mean vacation at home (in a garden if someone owns one)

ok so you talk about state horse farms now? - have you heard that those renown experts did not manage to make profit out of breeding horses and signed very unfavourable contracts with private firms - you should divesify your sources a bit

What Orban is doing will be judged by a higher authority.

Orban has backing of above 50 per cent of Hungarians - what higher authority do you mean - God? if so then we all will be judged by God - don't you worry -

or maybe your higher authority is the EU Commission?

He can afford to pay now.

no he can't - he just gave up a well-paid job as an IT person in PZPN because of the involvement in KOD - sure this is a way to go for someone who has to pay alimonies
