Would you not build one house first, rather than ploughing all your money straight in?

This is the sensible way to go about it. Build your first one, rent it out for a while then sell it when you can make a more decent profit. Use the profit from first place to move onto second.....do same and move to third. If you do well you could eventually end up not using your 300k at all and just use your profits for the next place (after a while).

You cant but wonder after another few thousand years of cars parking in shopping centers and electric blankets whether the human body would evolve into an even more fragile state than it currently is.

It is already starting. Many people do't have the immune systems any more to cope with such differences in temperatures. Very odd how dependant a species we are becoming. Think what we would do without our mobiles, internet or electricity :D

Walk in the job centre and you will find hundreds of jobs there ready to start tomorrow but 'shock horror' to british it is minimum pay so they would be above doing this work

Um, strange statement, because the first thing that you must state when you sign on is how much you were paid in your last employment. Then the adviser would not look at jobs paying less than that unless you stated you were prepared to work for less. Plus why would many people who have mortgages, families ect to look after be prepared to work for min wage?

Although putting your hands in your pockets, elbows out, and then turning round fast tends to make some space.

Rubbing ur groin while starring at the people next to you also helps.
You can do the same thing on a train if you don't want some smelly beggar sitting next to you by looking them straight in the eye while licking your lips and rubbing the chair they want to sit on....works a treat though might get you into trouble :D

Poland doesn't have "traffic police". what do you expect?

A lower limit won't achieve anything

A lower limit will achieve one thing, more prosecutions.

nd speed limits in Poland are quite sensibly set at the minute

They may be sensible, but not to the Polish driver who ignores them straight out.

A firmer hand is needed.

Last thing Poland needs is an increase on the speed limit! Polish drivers find it hard enough to keep to the current limits let alone put them higher.
