Real Estate / American whinging and whining when buying or renting property in Poland [30]

We had deodorants until Jews monopolised our "drogerie" or chemist style of business and deodorants disappeared, while Americans took over many other businesses and Americans do not bother about deodorant production, nobody in USA tells them to do so, Americans are fine with the smell and this goes for most of them. Also, it is Americans who stink when doing rent hunting, just ask Polish real estate agents. Americans can't even dress properly when they meet other people during official visit, house and rental property hunting is such occasion and Americans disrespect it, add to it their whining and it is total put off. Despite wars we still are able to show some hygiene and present with proper dress code without the accompanying whinging.

Americans come to any country and complain about everything. I say you don't like it, then go back and don't contaminate our country with your American whiny smell. Americans like to whine especially in poorer countries about the things they would not dare complain in USA. The less cultured and the more stingy the more whiny. Popular American comments: "What is this?" (whiny voice) - real estate agent answers: "It's a bath", apparently Americans never seen one. Another good one is a complaint about wallpaper "What? Ewwww, wallpaper!" or "I like this and this but the colour on this one wall here is.. hmm..I can't handle it" or "Oh no! It's 25 dollars over budget" (rent per month, 25 over budget per month! American stingy tragedy). The best thing about American cheap, cheap and once again cheap rent hunters is getting into the clean, new bath just to show who the boss is with their 500 dollars a month budget, yes, Americans mistake baths for beds, not to mention you don't get into someone's bath with your clothes and shoes - you damage it and it's unhygienic. Did I mention jumping or lying on someone's bed during rental visits - just because customer is always right, especially American customer. I don't know where these people have brains or manners but we do not need them in our country.

Moderators! You did not allow threads about Jews, especially critique of Jews, then how do you justify this latest thread criticising Poland by a Jew poster? So Jews can criticise Poland and Polish people on Polish forum but on same forum nobody, including Polish posters/members, is allowed to criticise the Jews? Cancel this thread or allow threads that criticise the Jews.

I agree, communism sucks.

So why you live in communism and use its benefits, you think Poland is 100% capitalist? People have to separate communist, leftist, socialist ideals that mostly are damaging to Poland from economic effects of communism. Your family or families of many Polish could not afford to live under the capitalist system of it wasn't for the old communist system of rentals in the old city buildings (kamienice), and it is funny how the same people who criticise the economies of communism and its handouts are the one who, unknowingly use it to their benefit. Kamienice is just one example. Beata Szydlo's 500 + package was aimed at not just helping Polish families but also at making sure that Polish population rises and counterbalances the numbers of Polish who left to live abroad. This was a an excellent move, although not a perfect one, perfect solutions can be afforded in rich countries, not Poland, so a little flexibility wulkan.

My assumptions may be biased but correct. Morawiecki is not better educated (I do not know where you go that from - Beata Szydlo has attended numerous universities and has, in the past, undertaken a doctorate studies). Morawiecki may know more about finances and your point is? Better economists save countries or is it a combination of good economist, historian, thinker, analyst, communicator, strategist negotiator and so on? Beata Szydlo is also an economist (She graduated from trade school) and so what? Economist does not need to be a prime minister or rather a good leader does not need to be a good economist. Your points of view are funny. I say Morawiecki is a bum licker who will just like Jeffrey Sachs help sell Poland out to USA.

Morawiecki is a great manager.

I'm sceptical about Morawiecki. Some say he was appointed for the image's sake, so that agenda can shift more towards business side of things and PiS will appear as meaning to take control of trade matters. However, Morawiecki does not appear as politician who can debate well with Westerners, the way Szydlo could. He seems more of a bum licker. PiS could have kept Szydlo at the front and still use Morawiecki's ideas. Both have commerce backgrounds. This decision is not well thought of by PiS.

The reason why Western European "politicians" are screaming like torn underwear is because the cuyrrent courts have allowed EU to enforce shady deals (to the detriment of Poland and Polish people) under the guise of the law. She represented Poland with a balanced approach that combined tough stance on EU regulations that threatened Polish sovereignty with elegant style of presenting her views succinctly and always with the welfare of Polish people in mind. Her best achievements:

1. Introduction of monthly payments support package of 500+ for families with two or more children or single child families (subject to special conditions)
2. Incorporation into the educational public sphere Catholic principles

Every organisation is subject to the rules and I, the user of this organisation's services, have every right to expect and demand particular service of particular form, especially if the forum identifies as Polish which places many expectations and responsibilities upon it and those running it.

Moderators as well as the administrator on Polish forum should be Polish, full stop. There should be a verification process checking who the moderators are. Polish people have a right to expect Polish moderators and administrators on Polish forums. 67% of them are 100% Polish.

You must be of the many intelligent folk here. You are an example as to why I can not let Jews run the agenda as I do not think that a stupid person should be dictating the rules to the smarter one. When I encounter yet another small minded Jew I think I am doing the right thing. Most PiS supporters actually respect Jews which I could not say about Jews reciprocating with the same sentiment. My concern with PiS's anti-terrorism law, is that terrorism might be used as a pretext to ban legitimate democratic protests, as many many regimes have done that.

Regime? It is a wonderful government and only regime is felt by foreign thieving companies that continue to abstain from paying due taxes. Other regime is felt by anti-Polish media - democracy is not to be free for all, say what you want, Polish media should be on Poland's side and it is mostly supporting foreign enemies, if anti-terrorism law curbs media's protests and protests such as KOD then it is better for Poland and Polish people, Polish should be the ones who feel safe the most in their country, others come secondary. Good job PiS, the more concerned are foreigners like you the better, most Polish people are happy that finally there is government that stands up for Poland and not foreign countries. Foreign businessmen and politicians who want to control Poland completely are the ones talking about regime, Polish are happy so take your talk about regime back to your home.

So, to all of you here happily making it a great Jewish family reunion do not get too excited; surnames ending with "Berg" are often thought of as Jewish yet there are many instances where these are purely German or Scandinavian owned ones. Similar case is with surnames "Adams" used in Anglo-Saxon nations or "Nowak/Novak" or "Wolski" in Slavic countries - these are in most instances owned by non-Jews.
