Monia thank you. You expanded my knowledge about Polish producers / brands. There are some of my examples:

Unfortunately the perfect Polish, HighTech "text to speach" software company was already sold to Amazon.

Po polsku / Co zrobić z "mądrym inaczej", którego zachowanie przejawia się antypolonizmem? [20]

- on podchodzi do ciebie na ulicy i wyzywa? Czy w szkole / na studiach itd? Tych Niemców tam jest jakaś grupa czy on jest sam?

Cięta riposta to dobry pomysł jest na pewno. Jeżeli dobrze trafisz, to kolesia dotkniesz do żywego.

Travel / Is it safe to travel to Poland? [194]

It's safe place, but in Krakow they know how to cheat tourists on taxi, exchange, etc. Maybe it's still better then Prague (Czech). Colour of your skin does't play any role in it.

Love / Are polish men very welcoming to foreigner and my doubts? [30]

I spent 3 days with Chinese guy travelling in business across Estearn Eorope. The guy is 25 28 yo. Looking not bad. Always sending - receiving messages on his iPhone. No girlfring / wife in China. I observed he had problem with direct relations with real woman, he was shy talking to any. I hope your Polish boyfriend is not like that guy.

News / demonstration; What is Nowa Prawica? [30]

Janusz Korwin-Mikke is not an idiot. He established KPN party in 80's. He did not change his beliefs since that time. Don't ignore him.

Law / Accounting in Poland, business venture [44]

My wife is chief Accountant in a public institution in Warsaw, so I already have some knowledge.

I really don't see why you find it necessary to go through five years of learning to do normal bookkeeping as a clerk.

Certificates are needed just for some of employees who make decisions and sign the documents, simple clerks who just insert data to system can be less educated. Still a lot of young people (mostly girls) choose Economic High Schools (Liceum Ekonomiczne), but in most cases can not get a job, so then start studying "to do something useful". That can be an explanation of higher percent of employees with a University degree in Poland.

I think you should read this document also: egospodarka.pl/pliki/CBRE-Poland-Office-Destinations-2012.pdf

Law / Accounting in Poland, business venture [44]

Do you know how many years they have to go to such schools to pass the test?

People with 2nd level of University education (studia magisterskie) in accounting do not need to pass exams.

If I could get any of those people working for some 3750-4000 PLN gross per month, it would be just perfect.

Law / Accounting in Poland, business venture [44]

mf.gov.pl/dokument.php?const=1&dzial=75&id=176016

Looking at a map I dug up of the whole nation, perhaps I'd be better off recruiting people from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship to come move to Gdansk for employment - if not the cost of living is significantly lower in Szczecin.

£ódź (Lodz) would be better choice for that kind of business.

What does the law say in Poland about what's required of education to be allowed to do accounting?

You will have to employ the person having Accounting Certificate issued by the Minister of Finance authorizing them to provide bookkeeping services.
What you are going to do is just typical offshore accouting. Have in mind it's great competition fron India (for English speaking countries).

Life / Free Poland Health Care - Paying minimal to no Zus [105]

if you are a UK Company in Poland, paying tax and NI in UK,,you won't need Zus.

Yes. There are many people in Poland searching for fake employment in UK, Lituania or some other country to avoid ZUS.
There are also accountants and lawyers in the UK offering such servises called "optymalizacja ZUS". This is one of them:

Life / Is it McPoland? [63]

"cabbage kiosks" which sell a thin slice of whatever meat product with half a pound of cabbage

Must be a polish imitation of Döner Kebab. In Germany they use lettuce instead of cabbage.

Love / Indian national is seeking help to get my Polish wife back! [30]

You seem to be a good guy. As I said it can take some time, her mother can not isolate her forever. Anyway people like your parents in law could make you a lot of troubles, even if they are not smart enough to win the game. Take care about your police records, because if you already have a "blue card" in evidence, what is very possible reading your posts - you will have probably some problems in future - ask you lawyer to check this.

President of Indian association in Poland could not help you with people like that, even if he had best intention. Employ a lawyer - woman would be the best in that case.

Love / Indian national is seeking help to get my Polish wife back! [30]

Hmm, It can take some time. If you love your wife and child it's worth to figth anyway. She must be separated from her mother first. At the moment my advice is - talk to lawyer (maybe you should ask some other Indian guys in Warsaw to advice you a good one). It's a free country. Nobody can limit your contacts with your wife and kid without court decision.

Love / Indian national is seeking help to get my Polish wife back! [30]

they are not even allowing me to meet my son who is just 1 month old.

Peditrician of my son (minsk) also used the same thing about me, and they say I will hurt my son.

Thats a different story - take a lawyer. You had a bad luck. Your parents in law are trying to create the evidence for the divorce case. Now you must avoid to be blacmailed. Your wife is probably dominated by her mother and I guess she and her family are not well educated, are rather poor and living in Wolomin area. Don't talk to anybody from that side without lawyer.

Language / Should I just learn German? [55]

I have a Russian friend who is fluent in English

Also young generation in big cities in Russia know English well.
I've learned Russian at school. As I'm Polish it's not easy to compare to Polish language, but I think the grammar is more easy. You should just learn how to read and write in cyrillic alphabet what is not that hard. Polish is useful language to learn at the moment, but Russian is useful maybe a little bit more.
