History / Chance of Lwów once again became coming part of Poland [344]

I do not see why Poland would need these territories. It is similar to some crazy germans wanting Wrocław. It would be nice of course to have Lwów but it simply will not happen. I do not understand why people go on and on about this here.

Jeez, you must hate Poland and your people really bad otherwise you would have already quit posting here. Then again, maybe you're just really way to dumb to realize that what you and some other Poles of your kind are saying on PF will never make the world stop creating Polish jokes.

I am merely replying in the same manner as you are to me. However you do deserve it. Your rant about Polish jokes is pathetic (reminds me of someone). So if a Paki insulted you, it would mean that all Pakis are dumb and incite hatred against themselves?

corruption is present just about anywhere in Poland. If one tried to bribe a cop giving him $100.00 here, the person will definitely end up in jail. The first thing I've learned when I came to Poland was, don't worry about the cops, just make sure, you "accidentally" drop 100 PLN on your seat before you get out of your car.

Its much worse in America, the difference is that it is so ingrained that it is normal and accepted part of the system

Dont go there. They will harass you and relentlessly question you and may even demand fingerprints for merely crossing their holy borders. More concrete plans for US air force presence in Poland. Seems as if these plans will indeed go ahead in the next few years and troops will be present on the ground for an indefinite period of time.

In return for this base Patriot missiles may not be deployed.

Overall very bad news.

The only PolAms I have met or rather PolCans are those who can speak the language. I have not seen anyone identifying with the country beyond more than commenting that they had a Polish grand parent if they did know Polish and have some sort of regular contact.

I think most of these people fall into category A, granted some have a fantasy idea of Poland. The only type B people I have met are on here.
