Law / RC annulment procedure in Poland [13]

I think you should seek help of lawyer (the canon law lawyer, not the civil one). He would be able to help you. They are more knowlegeable about all the tricks than any member of this forum, i can imagine.

abandon my ridiculous thoughts of being loved again

Don't be so harsh on yourself. Everyone deserves to be loved, certainly you too deserve it, no matter what a*holes you met earlier in your life.

How old were you when you got married? did your parents want you to get married?

I really would advice you to search professional help and try to sort this out.

Law / RC annulment procedure in Poland [13]

I know people who had 7 kids and got the annulment

That leaves the question about why people need the annulment in the first place if they dont really care about the faith. I mean, if you do everything just to get annulment surely u must know deep inside in ur heart that you are just cheating to get a piece of paper. I dont see any sense in it, tbh...

Law / RC annulment procedure in Poland [13]

If you want ur marriage to be annuled there needed to be things which would make the marriage being unlawful in the first place (like if someone forced u to marry him etc). It doesnt matter what happened afterwards and certainly the annulment cant be made coz he left you for another woman.

As torq said in RC there is no divorce, you can get ur marriage annuled only.

Law / Can I come to Poland with my girlfriend on the student visa as a dependent? [40]

And why does being black or white make a difference ?

No one said anything about being black or white or green. They were just being honest - a person who doesnt speak proper English, without the knowledge of Polish language and without money will not be able to survive in Poland on STUDENT visa. Add to that his girlfriend. And after all England is 2 hours by plane only and not 12 hours or more.

Food / MAKE TWARóG (Polish curd cheese) AT HOME [8]

I have access to fresh milk from our cousins dairy. This is not pastuerized. Can this be utilized as a base for twaróg or do I have to go with a pasturized milk?

Non-pasteurised. Twarog or butter is nothing but fat so u need milk with high level of fat.

Love / Polish men what is the worst thing a girl can do upon first impression? [360]

he works 9 til 4 most days and claims to be more hard working

They always claim to be more hard working even if they would spend all days doing nothing and u would be working 24/7. I dont know why is that but i've seen it many times.

will he change? doubt it. i do my best

He wont change, it will get worse only with time. Run, girl, run!

Love / Giving a present to Polish girl i like [12]

Why my answer wasnt sensible? coz it was not what u expected to hear? espana is right (apart from the insults etc) - first sort ur divorce out and then date others. And to be honest, with presents wait until you are with her in a relationship, otherwise it is just weird, and it would look like you want to buy her.

Polonia / Trip to Sweden - questions [39]

Take a trip with the boats around in the Sthlm archipelago. There are many lovely island.

Thanks a lot for that :) i will certainly think about it too.

How short? Going through to catch a ship or business stuff?

Well, I will be there for 10 days (may be shorter, i may have to go somewhere else too) but i will have really only 2-3 days to go somewhere further than Stockholm.

Should be some Swedish hotel sites at the internet no?

Yes, there are - i was just looking at some. But what i really need is a hotel with late check out, midday is too early :S and the best would be close to Arlanda airport or at least with good transport links (from airport) :S

Also, i would like to know about travel around Stockholm... Are there any bus passes or day or weekly travelcards which would be the best to buy?

UK, Ireland / Oxford Polish bride 'heartbroken' over arrest - accusations of sham marriage [126]

They know full well that they are doing something that isn't legal, so therefore they know they are breaking the law, so Im not falling for the poor naive Polish girl line...It's easy money and it's appealing to them.

They know it's illegal but what it seems they dont know is what effects the "marriage" itself will have on their lives (apart from the whole thing being illegal, how can u tie urself down with a person u dont even know? those are legal ties etc) And i was not playing the "poor naive Polish girl" card. I meant it as for any girl from any nation who does such thing. I think they are poor in their stupidity. They will pay their price for being thoughtless, even if they dont realise it at the moment.

Jumbo Stay Hostel

OMG it looks so lovely!

As far as you venturing out of Stockholm, personally I'd advice against it

I was thinking about some train trip, just to see how the landscapes look like etc but perhaps you are right.

Actually typing this from the Anchorage airport and I'll be gone for a few days in case you reply so Trevlig Resa (Have a nice trip) and Vi ses igen (see you again).

Well, thanks for the all useful info, i will certainly have a look :)

I mean something more stringent - because what we have atm doesn't seem to be working

I dont think we will get something what would work in 100% cases - there always will be people who will want to earn money the easiest way. Maybe some education would help? those girls, it seems, are not realising what they are getting into.

Do they? maybe those people who think that cant think on their own, same as you.
I am a polish girl living abroad and i dont know even one girl who would go with a guy coz he is dark skinned. Anyway, i dont know even why i am discussing with you - it's just lame what you say and if u dont see it - well, get back to school then.

And I wouldn't be with someone that just likes me for being darker than she is :)

I dont know any girl who would be with a person just for the colour of the skin. There are preferences (someone likes blondes, someone prefers brunettes etc) but it never is only based on it. Anyway, feel free to throw generalizations some more, it makes you look you know urself how.

Love / Polish men what is the worst thing a girl can do upon first impression? [360]

I like smart, stylish, feminine and classy girls with which I can have a decent conversation and to whom I don't have to explain three times what I mean.

>^..^<

What do you mean??

I'm the woman, so open my doors, pay my way, buy me gifts, be chivalrous, but don't complain that you are the one spending money and not me - BUT TREAT ME LIKE AN EQUAL!"

What about cooking and washing? but in general i guess you are right.

You didn't get it, did u?
I hate it myself when people speak like that ->

"where there are fewer badly-dressed, fat, ugly, lazy, drunken wh*res

but why to lower urself to their level, thats what i m asking. It is good and respectable that you defend England and british people, i do it myself wheenever someone says something bad and make generalizations but we are humans after all, just coz someone does something it doesnt mean we are justified in doing the same. And after all not all people are the same. Why to have the same attitude as the people whom u despise?
