a buyer can change his mind and claim money back for almost any reason. In my opinion he should only be able to get his money back for reasons that are mentioned in the contract. Could someone please tell how is the common procedure?

Polish-style foods are produced in America (sausage and smoked and cold meats, bread, + pierogi

all of these are exactly the same as they are in PL..

pickled cucumbers, horseradish, horseradish, mustard, etc.) as well as imported from Poland.

they don't make these in the USA except the pickles and kraut in a barrel

Which do you prefer in terms of taste, appearance, tradition, naturalness, price, etc.?

your question really doesn't make much sense as all the foods you mentioned i split in groups by reality.. so both are what i like and both is what i get..

You usually only get about 4 months of snow though.

at most and that is why i asked.. the only states with long snow season are really VT, NH, ME

Besides, it's not even true that they get paid a certain amount.

i dunno exactly about the new plan but federal medicaid, for example, pays set amounts.. and most of the time those are so behind times that it's a loss for the doctor..

REAL doctors now, who DO CARE about their patients instead of their money and who DO have an interest in healing the patient

i don't know about that man.. there are plenty of doctors who are in the biz because they want to heal and of course there are plenty who are in for the $$, mainly..

guy goes to college for 8 years plus internships/whatever else he/she needs to do to become a doctor, and then at the age of 30

that's more like 12.. which is actually about right..

doctors in america are rich.

some are and many aren't.. making 100k isn't really rich.. and many doctors make that or barely more..

Because they know nothing apart from what the English media reports. The Polonia elsewhere tend to be better educated and able to read the language - thus they know how things really are in Poland.

because Polish is more fluid then English.. it is also one of the hardest languages to learn.. it's similar to spanish or italian in some of the way it works.. look into the polish grammar in some of the other threads in here to get more ideas.

There are many cases when "Polsce" doesn't have to be preceded with anything.

but then you say:

Polsce is celownik

which basically means that it has to have a direction given to it and thus they do but maybe not "w" which is just one example i used.. moron

Why on Earth would they publish the evidence they had to the general public?

they don't have to be specific but here in the US they always at least mention some of the evidence they are using to hold a suspect on..

innocent until proven otherwise, but we are all aware that if evidence is strong enough, they can remand him until a trial date has been set, if they deem him to be a danger to society (murderers usually are :D )

BTW England isnt some backwater, they must have something on him to have warranted keeping him in for questioning.

ok, so that works like it does in the US..
