News / Poland Parliament elections in October 2011 [944]

I just can`t stand those hypocrites. They cry out loud about law and order, (PiS means Law and Justice) but it seems they think abiding law is good for others, not themselves.
Last Saturda

you are an idiot pawian, ?Po tells the truth and only truth, you are an unbelievably moronic individual

es, it is really unbelievable. PiS, the major opposition party, refuses to run debates with the ruling party!

I don't care what PiS does but being in their boots I would not debate with PO, what would be the point, they will lie anyway, and their are trash anyway ....

So,I am not voting "for" but more like "against" and I encourage you guys to vote Palikot or KNP too!We need a change in this country!

there is no future to voting against, there geniuses like you voting against voted PO to power, vote Palikot ? You seemed like dude with brain, but its only porridge:(

History / Has Poland ever participated in any big wars (except WW2)? [73]

Poland had a treaty with Romania and very good agreements with Hungary. Czechoslovakia declined when Poland approached her about treaty because she had a good (they thought) contacts with Russia and they expected that sooner or later Poland will be devoured by Soviets. They Didn't foresee they own doom by Germany.

Lithuania was hostile because they are idiots and their help would be insignificant at best.

History / Chance of Lwów once again became coming part of Poland [344]

Oh btw., dear mod:
2. Posters should refrain from using abusive or derogatory language (unless it's necessary to explain the language's nuances). Posters who use abusive or derogatory language towards other users may be banned.

You notoriously are going off-topic in almost every thread. It could be considered flaming and stubborn trolling and should be baned for that.

Ah and my language is not abusive is merely statement of the fact.

Jersey,6 dead Poles stabbed to death by a Pole............bad timing there mate.

eh? break down and it was family matter, cannot be compared to everyday activities of certain youths and they knife strangers,WTF?

Do they bite though as well? Stories of biting noses and ears off seems quite common in the UK, i mean the Poles dont do that do they?

Only carry degenerates and criminals,
problem is there no clear division between trash and normal young peeps.......

comment edited..

you are all over this thread and you keep repeating my name, why don't you check what I have actually said here....ah and get something for your ADHD :)

Let me ask you, I-S, grubas, MyMom and anyone else that is still pent-up about Lwów. Why does Poland work together with Ukraine as part of PolUkrBat?? Because they can understand each other and are really very similar. Why deny that?

What you are even talking about Sean, wrong thread.

I don t want to comment destructive & aggressive positions.

what would be the point anyway?

Lviv is Ukrainian.

so?

Rzeszow to Bristol for a job isn't that much different than moving from Rzeszow to Szczecin.

Are they speak Polish in Bristol ?

A disproportionate number of people in their 20s. And the opposite in the UK.

Not for long ......and what will peeps in their 40 and 50 do given crumbling retirement system in Poland

Both. Britain has (I think) more 3 star restaurants than France. Restaurant food here is good. Home cooking is among the most varied in the world. British food really is good.

I can agree as to restaurants;Maybe because there is more people eating out than in Poland.
Home cooking is among the most varied in the world ? you mean pasta, roasts, fry, chicken ? ......I disagree .....or maybe you are taking Indian or Chinese - er? sorry it is not British food

Care to share it?

What you say aboyt 800.000 and sometimes about 2 millions - I guess it depends on the weather- given free movement it debatable as benefit. I think that is not beneficial at all, taken into account that money are worthless really and only work an resources are added value. Meaning that those people are working for somebody else benefit - their income and Poland's income is only marginal. They should work in Poland.

and many firms have benefitted through capital provided by the EU,

and many firms were sold for nothing or little enough by their competition and destroyed, others could remain in Polish hands, because they work as they use to before change of owner but capital are send to to some obscure owners ...hundreds of examples Seanus, you know the language, you could investigate a little instead you came up with thoughtless generalizations and prejudices.

This is factual, not an opinion.

phew ! I have overestimated you Sean, whats more you overestimated yourself !

Love / Don't want others to join us at a table - is it normal for Polish girls to get angry? [161]

So, to sum up, I know what the hell I'm talking about when I'm handing out advice here.

To sum it all up ! If you don't like it stay away.
A very good advice for confused. Focus; don't like it stay away instead of starting extremely stupid thread.

Midas
You are one of those dudes who believe themselves to be a very wise; prone to giving advices to others. Fair play, in may opinion a waste of time.

That dude confused struck me as a immature male going for looks only, telling him that he is right wont help nobody.

Poland has enormously benefitted from the EU and now they say they don't have the resources for foreigners? Tolerance is sustained til trespass sets in.

What ? I totally disagree Sean!

Likewise, Poles murdered thousands of Ukrainians. See a trend here?

Yes I can see that you started talking rubbish in order to make a point here, not nice really.

And the attitude to the Poles is not bad in Ukraine.
But "Lviv question" is not even a question in Ukraine!
Lviv is Ukraine. No discussion.

I think that you are misinformed about attitude to Poles, in Lwow attitude is not that positive. Well, maybe you are talking about individuals, not government or local government.

I think that getting along on individual basis should be reflected somehow in official interplay between states - otherwise what is the point?.
I know that in Ukraine possession of Lwow is not questioned but it should.
No discussion - you mean - there is nothing to discuss?
I understand - but so far nobody is saying anything or discussed that with Ukraine representatives. This is only exchange of opinions on internet forum.

Cool, a second "Generalplan Ost".

not declarations.
be more open.
think positive.
LIFE is great!

If you are 29 you should know that getting along fine with individuals differ from getting along as states.
I'm getting along splendidly with Germans or Russians on individual basis - so what ?
And no I'm not emotional - that the way I post here sometimes :)[
quote=den_fcdk]have you ever been to Ukraine?
Not really only to Lwow and the area !

quote=delphiandomine]Was it because - as in Russia - the larger the territory, the more power they had?
no, you are wrong here, that attitude changed in time, first people were important and centers of merchandise, latter XVII/XVIII it all become a quest for land.

The present ukrainian land was populated from Poland by Poles. During 100 years from 1569 to 1648 !

Start by reading about the Targowica Confederation - you'll understand why they sold out to Russia.

nope, you are wrong again - that was a normal practice of powerful aristocratic houses - but this time it went wrong due to inteernaL power shift on the Katherine II court and Prussia's intrigue and pressure.

POLAND become a dependent country in 1701 (dependent on Russia).

Do Poles really want Lithuanians, Belarussians and Ukrainians to turn against

Is that a general question?
I will answer in kind; Poles do not care one way or the other, so for Lithuanians are chauvinistic fascists anti-Poles , Belorussian are unknown, and Ukrainians jugging by their history books are not promising.

Lets talk about what is right, I promise you that most Poles would be for Poland regaining here territories, they only object because they think that such a move is impossible.

Typical negativity you mentioned in you new thread.

As for post 151 - written by strung up kid !What friendship ? in declarations ?phew!

UK, Ireland / Poles in the UK not a problem as far as i can tell [79]

Would you care to provide a quote to prove your claim?
All I said is that British government sold Poland down the river and haven't lost sleep over that. I cannot help it that the truth hurts.

You sound like an ultranationalist nutcase, that deserves to be laughed at.

With such vocabulary and logic it is you who deserve to be laughed at, come to think about it you should be pitted because of your progressing vascular illness.

Yay, let's spend money on nuclear bombs while old people can't afford medicine!

they cannot afford medicines because that is the way the present world system works......not that you care about welfare of some old people ....low blow phew!
