To begin with you dont have a clue what papers I have...like you went to AMCHAM without being a member and I prooved you my name is in the member list,FYI I am also a Polish citizen since dec 2010,secondly Polish BC and Marriage certificate is required for an non EU citizen.

My friend go to Poland,get your birth certificate translated and marriage certificate translated(By a certified translator),then register both at your respective municipal office and obtain a polish version then go to immigration office and apply for a residence permit..that you can stay there over 90 days...you will have to fill form and polish style pics attached with it, & a bank statement and a proof of place to live.AND WAIT:)Once you get 1 or 2 yr permit hunt for a living:)ie.if you have money buy commercial places to rent(u will need permission to buy commercial places from interior ministry but is easy and takes around cpl of months if u on top of it...and or if you dont have money look for english teaching job as most brits and american backpackers do:).If you need more asst email me POLCIAQQ@aol.com.

What should I expect to pay? Lastly, should I consider using an attorney to handle this move or would that be a waste of money?

Sorry forgot to add...u dont need attorney to fill out forms just common sense and a smiley face with the officials and they will guide you through...there are law firms who will charge yopu arm and length for filling forms...and do that in Poland not in states the Polish embassy will just jerk u around!

when i told him that's all the cash i had left (100 i gave him already), he said to take off my Spain shirt and give it to him. i told him what he could do with that offer and pleaded with him to finish the ride he agreed to....he didn't. he demanded cash or the shirt.

THX LORD! Me and cpl my friends avoided coming to Poland from states during the games will be glad to be there in 2nd week of june hope all be normal then:)

Crap journalism. There were motorways in Poland then - Konin-Wresznia was open, as was the A4 from Olszyna to Wroclaw

I think for him motorways are a 2 way paved road..whereas for Americans its a 4/5 lane,oneway highway..and in UK also there are 2way highways so maybe he is confused there:)

How is that done in Poland, actually?? I have often thought it may be a good idea and was looking at agricultural land in the UK about 5 years ago when it was affordable. I thought no foreigners were allowed to buy ag land/farms until 2016.

You can fill a form from i think was internal ministry and pay i think 4/600pln and write a letter (in Polish) explaining your ties to poland like kids/wifes passports and if anyother properties purchased and wait.....lol usually 3/4 months un til you know anyone then in a month and a half....most likely you will get it.Its an easy process but waiting is what kills most.After 2016 eu citizens dont need permisiion.Now I am citizen in poland but when i bought I was on permanent resident card...Also with permanent resident card you dont need permission after you have it for 5 years.

My take on it is, prices are falling so you may as well wait until they stop falling before even considering buying

With my exp in Uk & USA the prices of t homes and condos react first..meaning they start falling or rising first thus predict prices for houses whereas in Poland the prices of houses fall and increase first (maybe cuz there are more flats then houses...im not sure just exp) so if the house prices start going its time to hit the spot!

Degree with paper and no experience?will royally F$$K up...maybe its good for new architects who would make a project with new materials cheaper way....but then again you will need experience even to start....certainly not a fresh graduate as a business partner with no experience even how/when to clap during a corporate meeting:)

How about I mention somethings like K###wa KUlture,Kapoosta munchers,Twine driers:) and many more........how does that make you feel buddy?Even I dont live in Poland now I still repect the culture,heritage and what it has to offer towards the positive side and dont give comments until provoked about any country....

A good steak cut properly,marinated and cooked well is the key ...the only place I could find a good steak in Warsaw is a place by the gym on Pulaska street(I forget the name) as one makes right to go to the gym from Pulaska its right on the left...Little place but very good steak try it guys!

I think thats a perfect idea to start Milk Bars in the USA,betya it will thrive...then again Milk Bars in Poland arent cheap! full meal ends up around 15/20 PLN infact!

the car market in Poland is the absolute most vicious, brutal, dishonest, scam-filled, heap of sh1t you will find in all of Europe. Good luck.

If its an import from the USA then one can chek from car fax for cpl of $,my friends have caught cpl selling salvaged cars for 100s of thousand PLN esp the luxury ones.

but in HRC you have to ask the waiter and he/she will at no xtra charge and free wifi so can spend a good time hanging there by the power outlet with notebook surfing and having coke zero for hrs for 5 PLN or even whole day:)))
