Life / Question Of Religious Beliefs That Could Differ in Poland [33]

What like yours?
quote Ironside: you are a dumb dick

to first - that is a deflection not an answer1
to the second point - well he is what I said , do you really think otherwise ?

I may have my faults but teaching two hundred university students per week keeps me pretty sharp.

teaching what exactly - English lol!
Teaching keeps you focused not sharp!

Care to explain?

I mean your standing on the Rydzyk's issue, you must hang out with a pretty primitive minded people. What about an independent and critical thinking armed with knowledge ? Are those qualities exist any-more?

He or she mentions it in the original post.

Does he mean to say that wichita thingy of his suppose to be one of those religious beliefs ?

Check out Grand Wizard Tadeusz Rydzyk, C/O College of Social and Media Culture, Toruń.

care to elaborate on your intrinsic and obnoxious inability to learn?

As ten minutes surfing on PF will demonstrate.

meritocratic and lax minds are much more common on PF than anything else ...

History / Lt. John Ward - a Pommy hero of the Poland's AK [8]

His tale is an extraordinary one, and his missives to his superiors in Britain during the agony of the Rising are harrowing and emotional. They can be found in the Warsawuprising website.

So, isn't that without merit to be no-materialistically minded while all your materialistic needs are being fulfilled ?

so surprising as Danes tend to be very unmaterialistic

Given the fact that they are supported by the state they can afford to appear to be no-materialistic.

News / Priests are paid by the Gov't in Poland. [86]

Not right? If you can't comprehand something, it doesn't mean it's not right.

is no right, not enough sun makes youz mad like a hare in March.

What's that has to do with the topic, eh?

Nothing, but it has to do with you .

Why on Earth would an atheist pretend to be believing this?!

To become godfather for one/ dude for number of reasons

Come on, can't you read ? Active - means pretending to be Catholic or Christian, you can alway go do your gawking thingy.
Where are you from ? Norway ? That would explain that their have been alway a bit wired, something not quite right yo there. Pagans for most of the time.

Funny notion they have about children, that think that anybody could be a better parent than actual parents.
:)

Just gentle, logical sensible change.

:DDDD

Somehow I doubt that...

Somehow I knew you would. Nobody likes to do something in vain.

Its one trend there are other not necessary noticeable by you, and 11 years is not enough to say which way all that goes.
but eventually like always those fringes will crumble away often with people.

I took part in a baptism at the request of dear friends. Should I stay away from weddings and funerals?

You shouldn't play any active part in those.

My revolution?

Revolution you support.

There has always been the less catholic side

Yep, eventually crumbling away.

And the world (including Poland) is changing very fast indeed.

Isn't that always the case? Some things change all the time and some are constant.

The world is going mad if you ask me. Take my example, my views were left-wing at least according to standards from 1930'(patriotic left) runs in the family, but the world's changes and its crazy notions pushed me into conservatism camp.:)

The answer is not at all obvious to me.

what are you taking part in RCC ceremonies if you hold such opinions about RCC and you are mocking priests ?

UK, Ireland / Tale of a Polish Family on Isle of Man [43]

No benefits at all.
Only for 12 months if somebody lost job and thats that.
Only then tax should be lower and politician would never allowed that.
You vote doesn't really count if you cannot vote on taxes. Benefits are just the way of buying masses out - like in the ancient Rome.

I'd rather be paying for my own people than some foreign scumbags :)

I bet you ain't even working!:)

UK, Ireland / Poles and Irish, what do you think, are we friends or enemies? [62]

In 50 years we will be as rare as a native indian in New York. We are being ethnically cleansed

You have very little confidence in your nation RN.
Do you think that emigration is good for Poland ? Think again, in 20 years they will import young people from Asia to Poland to fill gaps in employment.

You at least are getting Poles which will integrate in no time (unfortunately).
All nations in EU are being socially engineered.

No. It's a statement of fact. They are Polish and nothing else.

Nope thats still only your opinion.

Know them, do you? I personally know several of the folks who run the site, and I can assure you that culturally they are very Polish indeed.

What would you know about that ?

Not every Pole has a picture of the previous Pope on their living room wall ;)

Thats not about a picture but certain attitude - they are redundant waste - a plenty of those left behind during history of Poles.

IMHO, that would be a public service.

another ignorant half-product of your revolution Jonny :)eh?
