You'll find that the whole political landscape is different over here, and in fact the misdeeds of PiS and their whole philosophy has a lot to do with the 1920s and 1930s in Europe - a very dark time for our continent.

Basically, they despise the democratic process (as we can see from some of the bile in this thread) and believe they have a sort of 'divine right' to rule.


As well as to wail, scream, slander and malign - basically all the tricks of the National Socialists in Germany or the Falangists in Spain.

Zero. People here chose to be a full member of the EU, chose to accept the huge subsidies and now their government have dishonoured themselves by shying away from the Europe-wide response. For now anyway.


There is still hope, and the refugee crisis is far from over.
