News / Visegrad Battle Group under the command of Poland [261]

Wouldn't focus just on one nation/group/area? The whole system is in deep sh1t with compliments from nwo.

The Visegrad group is a good 1st step out of that box. ;)

News / Visegrad Battle Group under the command of Poland [261]

Germans were never interested in equality or partnerships, they want to lead and strong Poland will never be acceptible to them.

I said: That would be IDEAL. ;) I know my people...but they are not all like that, just that those who make the calls are like you stated :(

European Union is all about realisation of German, British and French interests over the heads of everyone else, it has its uses for Poland but the basis of any strategy needs to be that EU is not really a union neither is unification the main goal of this organisation.

If you ask me personally, that whole concept now of eu is bs. Better from the start would have been just a trading union with a common market place, exchange of knowledge etc. simpler things/issues you can agree upon without undermining the opposite site and leave space for own identity. This now is just running on muscle, ger, f and uk ones and the 'rest' are the sparring partners...

Donald

I remember Dagobert. ;)

Well i want Poland to be strong enough that Germany is not able to mess us up whether we love you or sh*t on your head.

I mind the sh1t ;) but I am also for equality partnership. That would be ideal.

He's not smart at all, he's a puppet of many people and parties, Germans among them.

Salesman? ;)

There's no strategy for Polands welfare currently, at all.

Maybe out of this strategic group can grow sth else, economical partnership, because obviously they big 3 in Europe do not care much what the 'small or new' countries have to say.

History / Poland's biggest historical blunder? [341]

If the hunger and poverty situation was left unattended, who knows, maybe the communists would gain too much power and we would have had just one socialist German country.

All I am saying that W. Republik had its chances gambled for a nuttts austrian. I feel personally sorry for that.

Except he never lived to see the mess of the 20th century.

History / Poland's biggest historical blunder? [341]

According to Kant, a nation that was defeated and destroyed in war needs possibilities to rebuilt and reinvent itself. If that possibility is denied, there is a new war threat.

Yap, and Kant happens to be German. Coincidence? ;)

The poverty and the split in the workers movement were a great opportunity for someone like Hitler to become a dictator, even before Hitler became a household name.

Weimarer Republik had a lot of opportunities, but unfortunately Germans decided then for the worst possible.

It was also one of the motivations for Marshall Plan after the WWII was over

Marshall plan was for Germans help, yes, but a strong West German prooved to be necessary against the USSR and its satelites. That was the main goal.

Whatever. Talking, no talking, not important. Uk and F fukkked up big time, ok, Germany lost the war, but was there any help from f or uk?

Call it what you want. They messed up, reason not important. Result counts. No rationalisations pls.

History / Poland's biggest historical blunder? [341]

And what years of preparation would have made a difference given the lack of funds to invest in modern equipment? What form would the preparation have taken?

Probably not much.

Actually after WW1 Germany was just waiting to take revenge for the humiliation of Versaille. That transition phase until the nuttthead austrian fukkked up Germany and half of the planet was just enough to remodel and strengthen German warpower...having in mind the German mindset, it didn't take too long.

"Erst arbeiten, dann der Spass." ;)

History / Poland's biggest historical blunder? [341]

There is no way we would withstand the German war machine plus the soviets.

Poland was in WW2 the so called Bauernopfer, sadly but true and f and uk just wanted to play time and try to save their assses. ;)

History / Poland's biggest historical blunder? [341]

British prime minister who believed Hitler to be a "nice guy"

Tactics, just saving his own asss like "better them than us". ;)

Britain was totally unprepared for the war, France was

Both weren't, but uk escaped with a blauem Auge. ;)

We listened to them

That should be a lesson for the future. ;)

News / Visegrad Battle Group under the command of Poland [261]

Yes it does, Germany and Russia want a weak Poland at best, currently they're business partners but the potential for opposition remains strong so being honest its most definitely an alliance meant to secure welfare of Poland and targeted at Russia and Germany.
Essentially Poland being f*cked up by Germany and/or Russia is not the matter of if but a question of when.

Read my post #82 again.
I said: Smart move.

Honestly, regarding business whom doesn't want Germany, Russia or anyone else weak? OK here it happens to be Poland, what is unfortunate and in the long run maybe not productive considering that the threat is somewhere else...no, I don't mean China. ;)

News / Visegrad Battle Group under the command of Poland [261]

Well...alliances against them had been tried before,

It doesn't have to be necessary an alliance 'against' someone. It's an alternative way, cause in nato noone wants to hear their voices and listen to them. So they make their own club. Smart move.

News / Visegrad Battle Group under the command of Poland [261]

But now....even as Germany doesn't want to lead in this financial crisis, doesn't want to go to war...we can't do it right it seems :(

Yes we can. Silence in this situation is golden, though a lot of others are scared because of that. Silent Germany in their eyes is never good... ;)

Germany is a soft power excersizing its influence via money

Correct. What else is necessary now? ;)

thats a smart thing to do but requires patience and a LOT of money, while rich i'm not certain Germany is that rich.

I am not so sure about your doubts. In comparison to us f.e. Germany is rich.

We already know the truth: it is you who needs to admit what Serbs did at Srebrenica. And you will not be welcome in the civilised world until you do.

Neandertaler has sth to say. Since when?

Technically, only the Multinational Corps Northeast is part of NATO structure. The Visegrad Battle Group will be also outside NATO, as other units you mentioned.

We'll see where the road will lead to. Too early to give prognosis.

Visegrad: A New European Military Force
May 17, 2011

If this project succeeds it's probable that maybe some other countries might wanna join in order to have their voice, rather than if being member in nato to be just used.

Interesting is the geographic formation. Looks like a small belt, almost like a buffer zone... ;)

I am scared of stupidity.

Truely spoken from and inferior position with lots of envy. Enjoy your time in Ukraine, by just crying around you will not change anything. Russia will always be superior to Ukraine and not only to them.

It is for sure an interesting development, considering the fact that us and russia are still not clear on that anti rocket sh1t system and that the intentons of nato to spread some more memberships.

Russias actions are more or less clear. Keep the backyard safe and clean and let's see what nato has to offer or to do. ;)

History / Russians 'tortured to death' in Polish camps? [58]

again i believe that Wechrmacht soldiers dont deserve marked graves at all

Why?

re-occupy their small country, drunk Russian soldiers, rapists

When the russian in its backyard feels threatened he's regulating that. us is going for that overseas and that's fine by you or most of the world? Put the measures right man.

A dead murderer is still a murderer.

Using that logic no monuments for soldiers, cause they are all murderers...unless of course the moral is defending their killings, right? ;) Bs.

Yea right, since when does Russia respect the dead or it's neighbors??

Same like other superpowers. :)

You are so right...when I want high-tech I first think about russian and serb stuff... "made in Russia" or "made in Serbia" has that special ring to it!

Velund, don't pay too much attention to wurst, he at max saw a university from the inside to take a pisss.

(Less beer would have been probably better)

Doesn't matter for your brain.

And if he considers Greeks and Turks European.

What kind of map are you using? ;)

And, maybe someone can tell me which business may nave a horde of 40-50 arabs (including 12-15 yrs ord girls and boys) on a gas station, near toilets, in the middle of the night? (It again was in Belgium, on my way back).

Sunglasses and watches maybe? Just jokin'. ;)

... lol.

Quality comment.

I also believe that Germans are stingy with the grades it is not in their interest that the student feels good or whatever. They are also very strict and tend not to do favors.

During my time at university it was like that. Maybe harsh, but it did not bother/harm me at all. When i see that softy system now i really have a problem to acknowledge those generation as academics even though they'll have a degree just by knowing what selection or better no selection is behind it.

News / Dumbing-down in Polish schools and the Matura [185]

I spent 1 semester at a us university and was honestly shocked when asking the students in their final year sth from my basic studies and them not being able to answer that and that was not sth for censoring...

The thing also is the guiding, making of their students sth completely dependent and not what a later boss would like them to be.
Yes, i agree the european studies at least some of them have a good amount of 'by heart learning', but the combination of that basis and the later 'practical' experience has to me huge advantage in relation to the us way. For me what you call 'transformation' was not a difficult task, 'cause at that point praxis is coming in and that makes it a round thing to me.

german system favors the begabten, the geschickt the ones who already have natural practical capabilities.

Someone has to be favour ;), just joking, but the practical part in ingenieurs- oder geisteswissenschaften in germany is really a big part. germans like to be practical. ;)

Some of my friends in gymnasium spent 1 year in us in highschool and got mostly As, but when they came back to germany almost all of them repeated the year when they left. is that quality?

US system is very useful for the average student

while being introduced in that class, those students showed not having much idea about what is going on in europe while asking about a hitler, electricity etc. that was scary. ;)

In my opinion the US system is good

Sorry to oppose you, but i think the us system is bs. At the end of the university you get Fachidioten, who have knowledge of their specific field but lack a wider basis. That's everywhere besides in the anglo world a handicap. Of course if you want to be prestigious it's ok.

I am for fairness, open procedures and competition under equal terms with emphasis on intelligence and academic ability and not some obscure social Leistung.

Agreed.

No, I just want people to actually discuss the thread and stop trying to win arguments they have already lost.

I agree with you, but many go to any topic to "win", like a boxer in a fight. Idioten!

Never underestimate the power of societal pressure here. Priority should be placed on what could help people the most in their later lives. 'Who is the smartest? Who is the best? Who holds the aces, the East or the West?

I undertand completely. A kind of natural competition is ok, i had that also in school and later in university, but that so called competition now is more about some kind of status, the approach to it is completely wrong and hey why are we softening our system and make it compatibable with sth what is not fitting. Let the anglo do their 'job/sh1t' an we ours.

Show the significance of what you are teaching. I try to do this the best I can.

Furthermore the generations of professors who are teaching with passion is dying out.

News / Dumbing-down in Polish schools and the Matura [185]

Down-dumbing has been a feature of the US educational system under the rule of the PC dictatorship.

In Europe that is called "Bologna agreement" what makes of former good to very good university degrees anglo bs. I really don't understand why we are allowing that.

The only effect is that the whole quality of the system and the academic degrees are dropping.
