Why will Poland always be the puppet of America?

Local jails, and an occasional circus will still have a few specimens of the humanoids with pink skin.

Or these pinkos build star ships to settle other planets!

Here's something to think about. Maybe it's not Poland who's the puppet of the US. Maybe it's the US who is the puppet of China?

Right on, freebird. You are right, some things are best left untouched. I just hate large-scale lying to the public, pretending to be right behind them when they shafted them in no uncertain terms.

Normal corruption will happen everywhere, you have a point. It's part of the game, code of the road stuff.

Seanus:
not having lived there.

HB:
Yeah why are you Sean US if you never lived here?

Same goes for you; not being able to understand Polish politics, why are you voicing your opinion?

Well put! America makes the world their business, making puppets of States in the process. They then take offence when sb questions their approach.

I asked you HB, how would you feel if you were left suspended and dangling on a branch like Poland was? Being shuffled around like a pawn is not very nice.

I was asking Seanus if the US meant he lives in the US. I wasn't commenting on his right to comment on threads.

As for this thread, it DOES have the word AMERICA in the title. I live in the US and you cannot stop me from commenting on it. I have just as much right to comment on it as you.

HB is a good girl but she's a girl and this fact made you get on her butt :-) Hey, I'm sorry but the World is created that way, we have women and men. I'm sorry you feel unhappy in this situation LMAO

I hope you can take a joke

gumishu, you sound like a pessimist. The reason for NATO is to thwart aggression from Russia. If Russia attacks a NATO country, it's like they are attacking all of us so we are all committed to respond.

Nato is a gutless farce.

Polish people know you don't have the guts to say no on the missile base

No believe me Polish people do have the guts, most disaprove of it, its just that a few in the government make decisions for the whole country, its like me blaming all Americans for what Bush did wrong, use ur head.

OMG, pawian I didn't expect that from you. :(

???

I think you are oversensitive. It was a joke about a person who reasons about the shield like a typical Russian. I only suggested she should reveal her true name.

What`s wrong with it?

:):):)]

You can`t deny that black propaganda accusations like this

Doesn't matter who the American president is, democrat or republican, Poland will always be a puppet of America.
Take your orders from Obama, Donald Tusk, Polish people know you don't have the guts to say no on the missile base. Some reporter should check Tusk's bank account to see how much he's getting paid off to suport this base when the majority of Polish people don't want it.

were mass produced in Pravda daily in the best times of the Soviet Union.

Can you say such propaganda is no more used in current Russian media???

Let's ask ourselves this, in what other areas is Poland America's puppet? The missile shield had some merit (albeit very limited) and wasn't a classic puppet scheme all the way. In what other areas is Poland reliant on American help?

Poland was Russia's puppet for about seventy years, now it would have been Americas had only McCain won the election. Obama does not care for Poland as he wishes to mend fences with "Old Europe".

After World War II the world was divided into spheres of influence that were either dominated by the US or Russia. Countries like Poland and several others were divided amongst the two.

Now in a unipolar world we find countries like Poland going over to the "other side" so to speak; but as history dictates Poland is always left alone by its allies to fend for itself. Nato or America only want to encircle Russia to show that, "Hey, Ivan we won the cold-war; you listen to us now".

With a moron president and an empty suit prime minister, and a sheeple populaces its clear to see why Poland is in the situation its in. All alone and unarmed.

I still don't understand how can anybody say Poland always be the Puppy of America?

Poland are true friends to America and be there for us and other countries.

I recalled someone saying that Polish women do make good positutions and these females are really braves for selling their bodies to men. These women aren't puppy to men.

I recall Polish men are drunkers and drink tooooo much vodkas. These men are very good workers in contructions, roofers and have their own business. These men aren't puppy to their customers.

Who said Polish are puppy?? They are trying to built their country of Poland?

Probably because you Poles who are sticking your noses into American politics.

American politics are a lot simpler to follow. One party, a big business party with two factions, arguing over prayer in schools then going for a drink together.

Let's ask ourselves this, in what other areas is Poland America's puppet? The missile shield had some merit (albeit very limited) and wasn't a classic puppet scheme all the way. In what other areas is Poland reliant on American help?

US is not interested in Poland since it can exploit it. We are just lucky that we don't have some resource they covet or they would be here like stink on shite.

Let John Perkinks explain it to you; he knows:

Polish politics are just as simple. There are only the communists but since they are all in disguise things look more complicated than they are to 1jola :-))

A little correction. It lasted for about 250 years.

Hmmm.... alone and unarmed.... Which Poland are you talking about?

The Poland you live in.
Post Cold War relic hardware make up the military. The most the advanced systems come bought from the Americans which are F-16F that are obsolete by American standards and were sold to Poland over priced, without advanced avionics, advanced radar and weapons guidance systems. Some old fatigued C-130 transport planes, a small number of special forces, no nuclear, chemical, or biological deterrents etc, etc,.

In case your still hoping on Polands "allies" helping out, just ask your EU buddies how many are willing to fight and die on behalf of Poland; not many I'm sure, if they answered honestly. Your best bet is to hope America does not remove its bases from Europe, its been keeping the leash on Germany and its guns on Russia. If Poland was to be attacked just look at Georgia. They are allies of America, NATO bound and what did bad-ass George Bush do? Shake his finger at Putin at the Olympics. Good Luck.

Here are some stats from the CIA on your military strength. If a conventional war occurs you might last 8 weeks at best w/o external help.

Typically Russian? Are you saying that there're no Poles with such a view? She equally may or may not be Russian but I don't see any reasons to purposely doubt her.

I would certainly stick with some softer words, but... do you agree it's true to some extent?

No I can't. Neither I can say it's not used against Russia in your media.

This is all very interesting.
Some right some wrong, as it always seems to be. Seems Americans aren't the only people who bought the (ridiculously expensive) media hype that won Obama the election...and Americans aren't the only ones disillusioned with him.

It confuses me. On the one hand people were screaming about how they don't want the interceptor base...not in *my* back yard...."nimby's" we call them here...so now that Obama is cancelling it to suck up to Russia...people are complaining again?

Obama could care less about Poland, IMHO. He is too busy kissing up to radical Islam and super rich eccentric billionaires who are into kingdom making, to have time for nations which are predominantly Catholic, like Poland.

No, Israel doesn't call the shots. Obama's campaign contributors (paging Mr. Soros, paging Mr. Soros...) do. China...very possibly could, however at the moment they are in a quandary, as the Chinese economy is just as tied to the US economy as our is to theirs. President Bush...for all his shortcomings, did at least remember who our friends have been. Obama seems currently to be selling out friend after friend to attempt to appease current and former enemies. I do not understand it. If Poland is offered some good deal, or if some of the deals continue from the previous administration...I say jump on it for all it's worth, as Obama isn't likely to make new ones.

Incidentally...those "old C-130s"....we Americans are flying them too. The Air Force here has new fighters...but we are also still flying F16s, too. The Avionics suites are not made by the aircraft manufacturer, and typically these are provided by the end users.

I remember there was commentary about a fly off (about 15 years ago) where German F-4's held their own against American F-18's. Politics here seems to demand NEW this or that all the time without always taking time to perfect what we had already.

The Germans turned their F-4's into veritable hotrods with stronger engines, etc etc. likewise the Israelis...provide all the guts for the F-15's they got from us, and Israeli pilots are widely accepted as the best in the world.

Also...what sense would it make to provide US Avionics suites which wouldn't be able to communicate with anyone else in Poland's military? The ability to work in cohesion is extremely important, and I'm sure Poland will outfit whatever planes she has to be efficient in the role they need to be effective in?

Just speculating, anyway, like the rest of us.
Poland isn't a puppet, but I'm worried our newest President is, on a level much worse than the last one.

Hmmm, are you sure what you are talking about? I know Poles bought the newest version F-16 C/D Block 52+.

Some old fatigued C-130 transport planes,

Hmm, actually there is one so far.

a small number of special forces, no nuclear, chemical, or biological deterrents etc, etc,.

Don`t forget about light sabres!

In case your still hoping on Polands "allies" helping out, just ask your EU buddies how many are willing to fight and die on behalf of Poland; not many I'm sure, if they answered honestly.

We don`t need foreign troops to help us. We can defend our country on our own. We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, until the complete desctruction of the invading forces.

The only thing we need is: Ammo!!

Halo! Tu serce Polski! Tu mówi Warszawa!
Niech pogrzebowe śpiewy wyrzucą z audycji!
Nam ducha starczy dla nas i starczy go dla was!
Oklasków nie potrzeba! (...) Żądamy amunicji!

If Poland was to be attacked just look at Georgia. They are allies of America, NATO bound and what did bad-ass George Bush do? Shake his finger at Putin at the Olympics. Good Luck.

Look at the map and see where Poland and where Georgia is.

Here are some stats from the CIA on your military strength. If a conventional war occurs you might last 8 weeks at best w/o external help.

Oh, ****! 8 weeks! Really so long? That`s twice as long as in the last war! There is progress.

FINANCES (USD)
Defense Budget: $11,800,000,000 [2009]

Wow! I still remember data with 2.5 billion $.

Typically Russian? Are you saying that there're no Poles with such a view? She equally may or may not be Russian but I don't see any reasons to purposely doubt her.

OK, Ok , you are right. It might be anybody. I was too quick with this Russian.

I would certainly stick with some softer words, but... do you agree it's true to some extent?

No, I don`t think that Tusk pockets money for declaring his support for the shield.

No I can't. Neither I can say it's not used against Russia in your media.

Whose bigger fault is it? Polish-suspicious Russians` or Russian-wary Poles`? :):):)

Whose bigger fault is it?

I don't know, it's not a good idea to compare the guilt. As it always happens it's hard to say now whose bad move was initially fatal. But someone should stop it first and I wish it was Russia.

Hmmmmmmmm, if it was about Norway for instence it would been rational since it has a long coastline. But if you haven't NOTICED Poland allmost borders with other countries through land ONLY. Sweden won't do any new deluge so only reason to have a strong navy = to invade Petersburg. Aircraft carriers? Poland needs none of em since it has airforce bases and there are no Polish colonies... Where is the Army list (LAND) btw I really wonder why you didn't take that one up.

Maybe not always but I dont see it changing anytime soon. But don't blame America for Poland being its puppet.America does whats good for America and it should be understandable to everyone. These are polish(?) crooked traitors in gov.(don't matter which one ,po pis sld they all the same) who allow your country to be the puppet for their own personal benefites. Most of Polish ppl.are stupid indeed.Specially those counting on American help in case of war.I live here and I dont see any Yank willing to fight for you Pollacks.America may help but ONLY if their help will somehow benefit America.I am Pole and I would love to be proud of Poland but this Poland is not my country. Its very hard these days to be polish patriot and live in PL ,unless you blind and daef ofc.
