This makes them brutal and inhuman.

No,it makes them Human,no more,no less.

Bzibzioh, by condemning the German nation (instead of the poisonous Nazi idea), falls into the same mental track as Germans fell lured by Hitler.

I don't prescribe to the politically correct idea of diluting responsibility by avoiding naming names. Like, for example, Oprah did when she visited Auschwitz with Elie Wiesel; during 1 hour show 'Germany' name was never used, it was Nazis all the way. Like, who were they, Aliens or something? They were not some individual nuts on the fringes of society, they had mass support of the whole nation. (BTW: she had no problem mentioning several times 'Poland' as the location of the camp but that's another story and I don't want to go off topic here.) I can see that you, Antek, are a staunch supporter of such denial and I don't think it's healthy approach.

Because you or Bzibzioh have not learned a bit on the history.

By condemning a nation (instead of system), you Bzibzioh follow the way of thinking of Adolf.

Try to avoid such a childish statements; it makes you look ridiculous, not to mention ignorant.

This has nothing to do with political correctness. I see you have skipped the Message of Polish Bishops to German Bishops completely, probably because it was politically incorrect to you.

Please quote any anti-British statement that I have made in this thread...... You cannot, because I haven't made any. You, not me, are the maladroit one with serious issues.

No,it makes them Human

It makes them animal. Human is the one who is much different. Whether you like it or not, the human tendency is to care and give ... their weakness is the animal instinct which they have been fighting for ages and now have brought their civilization to this point where there are laws.

One can always count on your weird statements. Forgiving and excusing are two different issues.

Have I said anything of excusing? Once forgiven we shall not accuse again without reason.
Bzibzioh
10 Jun 2011 /  #38
Have I said anything of excusing?

Yep, pretty much.

The point is not Germany, the point is the inhuman system.

The German nation was lured by attractive nationalist/racist idea, was made to believe them shall rule the world, effectively falling in mass madness that led to all those events.

Exactly Bzibzioh. Now you follow Nazi ideas making some nation inherently criminal forever. It was not about only Germans... Our bishops asked German bishops for forgiveness too, and not without good reason. I regret you are so ignorant.

But my talking is futile, You Know Better so why should I discuss?
Bzibzioh

Now you follow Nazi ideas making some nation inherently criminal forever.

Gotta love your reasoning process *rolling eyes* oh, well one can only try so much ...

Our bishops asked German bishops for forgiveness too, and not without good reason.

Hint, Antek: they are Christians, they might be big on this forgiveness thingy.

why should I discuss?

I would not call it discussion, just you throwing proclamations around.

Hint, Bzibzioh: Gerhardt was a German.

It just occurred to me: are you saying that what happened to Bronka and Gerhard, and in broader sense to Poland, that they deserved it? I hope not.
Antek_Stalich  5 | 997
10 Jun 2011 /  #43
Again: Gerhardt was a German and Bronka was a Pole, both punished by the Nazi.

Can we have it sorted out?

I can tell you :)

Gerhard was an inherent Nazi, less human (more like subhuman animal), he has less emotion and is more machine like (how he managed to fall for Bronka is beyond me).....did I forget something?

...great discussion btw :)

Thanks for helping, BB ;)
Indeed, your sad irony would be in place if some people were on the same intellectual level as you are, Junge...

Gerhardt was a German and Bronka was a Pole, both punished by the Nazi.

Stop coming with excuses and justifications. If you want to believe Nazis - bad, Germans - good that's your problem. I will equalize them during ww2.

I will equalize them during ww2.

Try to equalize them in WW3. Without me.

I didn't ask for sunshine, and I got World War Three...

Normally I keep out of such discussions, that's for the Poles to grapple with...but some "arguments" are just to familiar!

Actually when I started this thread I was expecting this kind of response:

I wonder what happened to her, I guess she was killed.

And looks like only you deserve to know how it'sended.

Antek I followed your PF posts and I have to admit that some times you sound like human but mainly you act like spoiled brain washed brat in this case SHUT UP, JUST SHUT UP you are not worth to **** on you.

you Bzibzioh follow the way of thinking of Adolf

Bzibzioh... falls into the same mental track as Germans fell lured by Hitler. Thinking that some nation is generic bad is nothing else as promoting nationalism/racism

For now, as I said, we have a different relationship with modern day Germany, and every sane person would wish for it to prosper, however definitely being careful and alert - not to forget past experiences on how the German mind works. They historically have less emotions and more machines in themselves.

You know, for some of who are living in USA or really disillusioned ... they will not understand how the German nation really went into a complete Supremacist mode ... . Its almost as though they want to remove or erase the idea. It is like denying there ever was a holocaust. Its like kicking all those graves of people killed or tortured to death ... all those families ruined, all those women who were raped. People who were humiliated ...

You should travel a bit more. Maybe read some books and hear some music too. Trust me.

Is it provocation? Yes.

BB I don't hate you or Germany, part of my family is half German. I have to say Nazis was mastered by Germans and only they were able to do it. Look at Italy they were first but they did not get even close to Germans level look at prewar Poland who was seen as a practically nazi country. As I said ONLY Germans were able to do such things and to be honest they are able to do it again. I'm not trying to tease you this time.

You should travel a bit more.

You know what Palivec I do travel ... I've been in France, UK, Estonia, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, India, South Korea, Bangladesh, Dubai, Italy, Canada and a few more places. Just to explain to you that I've been more than just Europe.

Maybe read some books and hear some music too.

Yeah you mean the German musicians...? Yeah they were good ... but I don't think I am ready to accept that generally the Germans are less mechanical just because of those few people. Yes, few of them were soft ... but in that softness also, there was something mechanical about them. These musicians too ... it was more mechanical, towards a fine tuning ... towards adjustment ... not really something wavy, something that expresses deep and bewildering emotions.

I do read books, and I like to read the American and English ones, some Polish authors and Russian ... I read Rabindranath from India, and I read some Persian works too. I find it interesting ...

I am not mentioning Germany anywhere doesn't mean I hate them or anything. I respect and wish them well ... they have a different way to live, which is OK as long as it doesn't hurt others. We have it different, and I think we are OK with that. There is absolutely nothing wrong in being mechanical, but its just not the only way to be .. :)

Why no thread about Soviet atrocities? Do you boy know the Nazi invasion of Soviet Union saved my Mom? Because her and the rest of family were on the exile lists of NKVD? And two uncles exiled two weeks earlier died in uranium mines somewhere in Russia and aunt returned mad? Unbelievable, right?

You are only talking about Germans, forgetting it were inhuman systems causing all those atrocities. You are a despicable, nationalist creature.

Thanks. It was a very good article. I understand how people are still afraid to talk about war times. Even my own parents, who were kids during the war, are very reluctant to talk about it.

And I agree that if that story happened in some western country, the heroes would be famous, maybe even would reach Ann Frank level of fame.

about Germans

In those times ... I think the topic poster it talking about "those times" and not "these times".

Here is something you might like to read (love letters, letters of appreciation ... etc to hitler which would beat any number of superstars combined):

Well....what does that say about you? Your german half?

but I don't think I am ready to accept that generally the Germans are less mechanical just because of those few people.

That's always especially funny coming from a self-touted "I love you all!" Treehugger.

Where exactly is the difference to the "uncultured, brainless Slavs who are unfit to rule themselves?"

Why no thread about Soviet atrocities?

There have been many such threads on this forum, but this thread is about how some Germans mistreated two young lovers because one of them was Polish.
