Ratzizar or Ratzezar - my grandparents were in fact born in Grudna Poland?

I found this site through a Google search of "Grudna", the town my 91 year old mother thinks her parents were born in.

Are there records I could access through this site to determine if my grandparents were in fact born in Grudna Poland?

My grandparents names were Aaron and Rose Ratzizar or Ratzezar or a spelling like that. They were born in the 1880's. Thank you.

I was searching the name RATZIZA, RETZIZA, RATZIZAR or something like this, its the name my grandparent's town in Lithuania, they come to Argentina at the beggining of the last century.
