There is no slightest fonetical path to draw it from Racowie, sorry.

In 1944 the Communist party of Yugoslavia essentially forced ALL Macedonians to add an "SKI" (or SKA, feminine) to the end of their names
That's not true. My father was born in the 20's and his name ended with ski

you are maybe right but still, fact is that many Poles have some Racowie (Serbians) in their direct ancestry

Poles are Poles, and have no connection with the Balkans through ancestery....Serbian, Macedonian, Greek, w/e
And -ski is a Polish nobility from the old ages....

No i know a Bosnian his name ends with ski, every Slavic country has ski endings even Bulgaria, it's just spelled differently, in Russia sky in Ukraine if i'm not mistaken skyj or skyi. Just like we spell Russian last names ow not ov, but we do that just to other slavic names.

I see a lot of answers here but only one actually is true !
I am Macedonian and believe me there is definitely no crisis in identity in Macedonia its just a bulgarian propaganda funded with greek money or should I say lack there of lately !!!!!
Anyway in Macedonia the names come from the family progenitor example is my great great grandfathers name was Jane so my lastname is Janeski !
During Serbian occupation people from the Vardar part of Macedonia witch is the whole of today Macedonia were forced to change the names in to Serbian sounding ones like Janevic(h) only after WWII liberation whoever wanted was allowed to revert to their original last name so no Yugoslavia didn't force us to do anything we didn't wanted as far as our identity goes !!!!!
the parts of Macedonia that are still occupied to this day by Greece and Bulgaria respectively still enforce strict name changing of the ethnic Macedonians and yes some of our last names end on v and has nothing to do with Bulgaria !
Example there is Macedonian public figure in Greece his official name is Pavlos Voscopolous his real Macedonian given name is Pavle Filipov another person I know his greek name is Yannis PapaYoannou his real Macedonian name is Stojan Jovanoski etc
so in Bulgaria if your lastname ends in ski they will changed to something that ends on v
to this day the largest part of their population is either roma or Turkish and are not allowed to keep their muslim names !!!!!
