I have seen a very similar crest from a person of Polish descent and believe it originated in Poland also. But do not know much about the possible year, location, or if even it is a Polish vs Belarus origin.

House of names is garbage site. I ordered my families surname explanation and they sent me something that basically said that our name is a German word of a Seal! lol! Most ridiculous thing, they could have looked it up on wikipedia and found a better explanation. Not only that after speaking to them a they said they would send me a refund. I send that paper back and never got anything. Avoid House of Names like a plague!!!

There is no reason why the OP can't google his family surname history. It's a Jewish name so the anti-semites on here will probably tell him were to go anyway.

I'm not looking for family history, I'm looking for someone who is familiar with Polish Heraldry (Crests and symbols).

I can tell you that it is not Polish coat of arms ( so is not Lithuanian, Belorussian or Ukrainian either ).
On the surface seems seems German or Lotharingian coat of arms. Of curse it doesn't exclude possibility that people with such crest could had lived in Poland, not necessarily as nobles but that should be examined closely, check here: genealodzy.pl
