Polish laid noodles/dumplings (Kluski kladzione)
This is a recepie consisting of only flour and eggs. The noodles/dumplings are formed by a spoon and boiled in water for a really tasty side dish or a meal on their own.

jaka na twardo --I enjoy a plain hard-cooked egg in the shell with salt & pepper, horseradish, cwikla or some hot sauce.

it's been a few years since i've made it but i think i may have to make it sometime soon since i mentioned it.. i've been hungry for it for a little while now.. mmm.. mmm. :)
