Looking for employee / building company in Poland

I am Belgium Guy who wants to starts my own building company in Poland.most of the work for the builders Will be in Belgium .

I am looking for a woman who speaks and writes good english!
She Will take advertising for new workers and doing the paperwork!
She Will earn about 2000 euro a month.

Have you never heard of equal opportunities, or does it not apply to Belgium.

Only about .... 2,000 euros????!!!!! Besides "good English "and Polish, I'll suppose she'll also need to speak French and Flemish to deal with Belgian administration, including hospitals when labor related accidents (happens a lot in this kind of business).

How much is the minimum salary in Belgium? I suppose close to 1,500 euros!!!!!!

It is 2000 euro netto a month to begin with!
You will be working from poland with al polish benefits. I just thought that much phoning and paperwork is more women job!
I see my mistake! Everybody can send cv.
The reason who good english is because my polish is no good but good english. Just to have good communication.

@Nico: ah, ok the job is in Poland. As to benefits, better to give him/her Belgian benefits if possible ;).

@inpolska belgian benefits for me to Pay somebody 2000 euro netto it Will cost me allmost 6000 euro ( sociale securiteit and more)

@Nico: ok for 2,000 e if job is in Poland! Fantastic salary in Poland (where median is less than 800 e) but as you'll need someone with good knowledge of 3 (or 4) languages, salary is justified in Poland.
