The tax credits for having kids are what the govt is using, plus, the infiltration of reality television shows on cable television involving families with many kids. They want us to have more kids so we can compete with the Asians. The goal is for every country to be as densely populated as the Indian subcontinent, and then, force some kind of population control on us so we keep at at that billion + number. They already know how many people the earth can handle. The earth can handle quite a bit. They want us to reach this goal while phasing out polluting materials, like fossil fuels, that damage the environment.

It's a mobile society and the control freaks aren't going to change that. If somebody wants to go one place, make some money and send it another place more power to them. Krysia made a super point, there. Leaving for money is understandable at one level but is pretty shallow when it comes to building a strong Poland. Then again, many send money back from the UK, often enough to set up shop back home.
