Looking for spirytus GTA area (Canada)
Will be hard to get in that area - you need to find a Polish store and they may point to to the right people. Or ask someone to buy it and ship it to you from the US.
i dont think it's legal in ontario...however you can easily buy it in either alberta/quebec

I had to look up what exactly "spirytus" is, and it turns out that it is a 190 proof alcohol. As far as I know it is illegal in the US. You can get the regular stuff (40 proof) or the speciality strong stuff (80 proof), but nothing higher then that.
In the US this stuff is illegal, but what would you need it for anyways?
Or ask someone to buy it and ship it to you from the US.

Maybe he wants to make his own liquor. My grandma makes her own liquor with walnuts and spirytus.

not sure...but it could be because Ontario has govt licensed liquor stores (LCBO) whereas Alberta (not sure about Quebec) doesnt

The only place you can buy it is Free Duty Shop on the American side of the border.You can buy it on every border crossing On the Peace Bridge Niagara Falls or Queenston-Lewiston Bridge.1 litre bottle =$11US It has silver label :CLEAR SPRING GRAIN ALCOHOL 95% Ask for pure alcohol if you would have the problem to find it on the shelf.I went to Quebec and they do not have it there as well as in Ontario.I was checking stores is New York,New Jersey and Pennsylvania.I saw the polish spirytus in the USA but they do not have it now.The only place is the border crossing at the Duty Free Shop when you are on the way back to Canada.
