Polish summer in the UK?

Hi,

I am doing a project for my University International Business course and need to find out about typical summer activities that are popular in Poland.

Part of the criteria is to explore another culture and create an event that brings their culture to the UK. I have picked Poland. I want to make up an event that is aimed at people aged 18 - 35 (because that is they key group of Poles living in the UK). It must be fun and active but most importantly brings what is special about a Polish summer to a one day event?

Any idea's from anyone's experience?

Thanks!!

Sarah

As far as the Poles are concerned, they mainly go strawberry picking and beer drinking. The cycle and swim like anybody else but these are their main summer time occupations.

Some mates of mine go canoeing in some pretty wild looking country, real Ray Mears stuff. Not sure you can recreate the beavers here though:)
