larabeeson 20 Jul 2007 / #1Hi,I want to take a train from Krakow to Bratislava in August but can't find any good websites to book tickets. I'm living in Denmark so can't book with eurail. Do I even need to book a ticket in advance? Help!Lara
OP larabeeson 20 Jul 2007 / #3I tried that - can only book 14 days in advance. Bratislava isn't listed in English, do you know how to spell it in Polish?Actually I just noticed that the website is only for domestic tickets. Anyone know one for international?
Alicja - | 44 20 Jul 2007 / #4I'm afraid that you may have problems to book online tickets for polsh trains going abroad. If you don't find anything on the internet, I can call the train station in Krakow tomorrow to get some information.
OP larabeeson 21 Jul 2007 / #5That would be fantastic if you could Alicja! If you could check:1. Whether it's necessary to book in advance.2. If so, how I can. Thanks!!!
Alicja - | 44 21 Jul 2007 / #6I called an internarional office at a train station in Krakow. They told me that you can't book on-line but you should go to an international box office at any train station in Denmark and buy there a ticket Krakow-Bratyslava. Good luck.
